Vacation rentals in Dalarik

It is indeed nice and cozy place. Windows are on the west side. Sun lights balcony from 3 pm till sunset at 7pm. Air conditioning works well. Balcony is really spacious. You have everything you need in the apartment. Location is great too. Shopping mall is 100 meters from the building. Fitness center with pool & tennis courts is 10 minutes walk. Though highway is nearby, it is pretty silent in the apartment. No insects, no birds. Great place to stay!

Our stay was excellent — we felt like we were at home with family. Everything is brand new and fresh, and the owners are so warm and hospitable that we didn’t want to leave. It was truly a great stay, one of the best we’ve had in Armenia. The house has a beautiful terrace with an amazing view of the mountains and the city — a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The area is peaceful and quiet, but just a 10–15 minute walk brings you to a large supermarket (Yerevan City) and a very affordable restaurant (Vega) — our personal favorite, though there are other good options nearby as well. It's also worth mentioning that there was one day when the area had no water due to an incident, but the owners provided us with stored water and made sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

Отлично провели время в Ереване, квартира комфортная, чистая и в ней есть все, что необходимо для комфортного проживания как на короткий, так и на длительный срок. Район один из моих любимых в городе: недалеко от дома есть продуктовый рынок, продуктовые магазины, несколько спортзалов и спортивных площадок, рядом станция метро.

Large clean apartment close to the Republic square and several grocery stores. The highlight is the view of Masis and Sis mountains also known as the Great Ararat and the Lesser Ararat. They can basically be seen from every room in the flat if the weather is clean. 5/5

В этом доме я чувствовала себя как у своих близких людей, меня приняли с огромным гостеприимством. Так как мама решила меня навестить , хозяева выделили отдельный надувной матрас, что было для меня приятным сюрпризом. Я с удовольствием вернусь в этот дом так как здесь я чувствовала себя в безопасности, в уюте и спокойствии, как дома. Очень приятные люди, чистая квартира и цена того стоит.
