The place was fantastic! Very spacious, comfortable, and clean. We noticed some ants in the kitchen over the weekend, but other than that it was a very pleasant stay. I also appreciate Laura for how accommodating she was afterwards, she coordinated with me to get a sentimental item that was left behind.

We took our boat to this location because we wanted to be able to use the lake. Being part of the community let us have access to the marina and a covered slip. I think for $35 a day the biggest reason we chose this unit was proximity to the lake and availability of overnight parking for our boat in the water.

Had a great time here, the place was super peaceful most of the time, I will say that for anyone not familiar with homes with an abundance of trees, i guess early April is tree burning time because all of the neighbors were burning large amounts of wood from fallen trees. So if you are allergic to wood smoke this could make spending time outside or having the windows open problematic. Location can not be beat. I'd recommend this place to friends.

The Perfect Lake Hamilton Family Vacation Spot

Our family travels extensively throughout the year, and have visited the Hot Springs area multiple times. This was our first time staying at this rental or in the Lake Ouachita area. This rental is secluded on a hill overlooking the water. Even though there are neighbors, it feels very private. The porches were are favorite place to drink coffee, grill, or just enjoy the scenery. We spent many a night in the hot tub, and our three daughters loved the downstairs game room and living space. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. The entire home is a great size for a family, or even multiple families. The rental was well appointed with everything we needed for our visit. Also, even though you are secluded you are less than 20 minutes from all the Hot Spring attractions, and less than 15 minutes from Wal-Mart in case you need anything. It is a beautiful home, and Eric was gracious host who tended to our every need. We will definitely be back next year.

I must say I truly enjoyed my stay. Everything was exactly as pictured! It just felt very homey and clean once you walked in. This is a nice, cozy, relaxing spot perfect for a couple’s getaway. Quiet neighborhood, it was in close proximity to the things we had planned (10 mins or less driving), reasonable pricing, comfy bed. We did check out Bubba Brews (restaurant) across the street… Jaime gave clear instructions for checking in and out. He also suggested local places to visit as well as guides and menus were provided in the condo. I would most definitely stay again!

A modern kitchen features a central island with a warm wood countertop complemented by a deep blue base. White cabinetry provides ample storage, and stainless steel appliances are visible. Recessed lighting enhances the bright atmosphere, while wood paneling on the ceiling adds a rustic touch.

We came down for Arkansas Derby weekend, and this was the perfect place to stay! The house was just the right size for me, my husband, and our two adult children with their spouses. Each couple had their own room, and the common spaces were ideal for gathering, playing games, and enjoying great conversation. The kitchen was a standout feature with its spacious island—perfect for snacking and socializing. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Awesome place for a family or group of friends to get away. It worked prefect for our weekend riding trip. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. Was plenty to keep the kids busy and they loved the kids bedroom. The fire pit was great, plenty of wood! We plan to come back!

Clayton's place was great, super clean, absolutely everything you could possibly need. (assorted laundry detergent choices, plenty of towels, 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds and furniture. Convenient to downtown and shopping. Would definitely stay here again! If you stay be sure to check out Ouachita Axe and Ale House, and THE QUACHITA (coffee house/brewery) both right downtown walkable. Thanks again Clayton for sharing your place with us. Colleen & Sean

The cabin is very peaceful with amazing views and tasetfull decore. Couldn't ask for a better place to get away from it all and relax.

We stayed for my birthday weekend with some friends and we had a great time. It was very clean and a very nice house. The deck and the hot tub were amazing and with the good weather we spent most of our time out there! The game room is so much fun. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Wonderful, private and peaceful location. Great instructions and super flexible with any or all updated or last minute changes from the guest. Pet friendly my little pup felt right at home.

There were 8 of us, and we were able to all sleep comfortably in the house without using the bunkhouse. The bunkhouse was super adorable, and it was nice to have another quiet space for a phone call. Everything was super clean. Our family was very comfortable here. We would definitely stay here again!
