You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Dahlem is located in the Upper Kyll Valley holiday region and in the German-Belgian Hohes Venn - Eifel Nature Park. You will find extensive hiking and cycling trails, e.g. the Kylltalradweg Richtg. Belgium on an old railway line. From the sports airfield Dahlemer Binz, about 3 km away, sightseeing flights over the Eifel are possible. Near the airfield is a go-kart track. You can buy everything for everyday needs here. There is a supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy.

Furthermore, the accommodation is quietly located on the edge of the forest with meadows right behind the house. The historic town center is within 10 minutes' walking distance.

Our cozy apartment with 50 sqm in Dahlem is located 5 minutes' walk from the center of town, where you will find a bakery, supermarket, hairdressers, pharmacy, doctors and a restaurant. Our barrier-free apartment (2025) has underfloor heating, a bedroom with a double bed & wardrobe, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a living/dining area with a kitchen & pull-out sofa bed and a guest bed (90×200 cm). There is also an idyllic summer garden with seating.

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

In our beautiful, cozy wooden house (150sqm) you can enjoy your vacation in the Eifel from the very first minute! It is our home and therefore very personally furnished. On the ground floor there is a large open living / kitchen area, a small bedroom and a small toilet/shower. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. When the weather is good, you can relax on our large wooden terrace facing south and west from morning to evening.
