Hello This is a new villa completed in August 2025.🩵 I was working as a hotelier at a 5-star hotel, and I wanted to create my own accommodation, so I opened this place:) (* * This is a villa built on the 4th floor. Please refer to the staircase photo as it may not be suitable for the elderly and children.) It is a luxurious pool villa located in the center of Da Nang, 6 minutes walk from Mike Beach.☺️ There are many cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, and pharmacies nearby. It is suitable for group trips as it has 6 bedrooms (6 beds), a swimming pool, a wet sauna, a beam projector & a large screen, and an outdoor terrace.🫶 We want to give you the comforts of home while traveling. We will respond with satisfaction to those who visit our accommodation with clean and comfortable bedding, pleasant indoor air, and friendly reception. Thank you:) **Precautions** - Please do not smoke indoors. - Please do not eat food on the bed. There is an additional charge if the blanket is contaminated. -For security, a cctv is installed on the top right of the entrance outside the accommodation.
