this is such a beautiful property, and the hosts are so kind and helpful. received a banana pancake on arrival, and they talked me through lots of stuff to do in the area. lots of restaurant recommendations too, they offer their WhatApp number so you can keep in touch with any questions or if you need any help. the location is fairly far down the river but it is walkable to old town and the bar street, or you can borrow one of their bicycles free of charge. room was comfortable and clean, with a lot of free provisions including a sewing kit, comb, toothpaste, toothbrush etc. Amazing place to stay in a picturesque and quiet area.

the building is a bit run down which can't be helped I guess because it is not new. however the place was kept quite well indeed. a 5 to 6 mins walk to the beach. had all the necessary kitchen utensils and bedding. it was a comfortable stay indeed. the location is 15 mins taxi from the city thus it is very peaceful area. grab food was very convenient.

Staying at Thuy’s home was a relaxing and restorative experience. We felt immediately at ease amongst the rice fields slowly being harvested throughout our stay. We were consistently wowed by the contemporary interiors and ample social space (many hours spent in the pool away from the heat of the day). The bedrooms were generous and gave our small group time space away while the big central atrium was a brilliant way to call out to each other for a morning coffee. An Mỹ is only a short ride away from the centre of Hội An and offers a slower pace than the busy historic centre. There are great coffee places within a 2 minute bike ride (we loved Coffee Xóm Chiêu). Cycling along the rice paddies during the sunset was like being in a film; kites flying, water buffalo strolling the fields, and farmers bundling dried rice. We can’t wait to be back!

Very nice spacious villa. Nice contact and also short-term services were no problem. Right on the sea, which was beautiful and almost empty. Private pool, public pool. Unfortunately, if you put food out in the open, ants were there quickly, but it's not that bad. But you should know if you're sensitive. All in all recommended!

Chuong is such an amazing host! So friendly and helpful with local recommendations. She offers a delicious complimentary breakfast by the river in the morning. Chuong helped me arrange a private fishing charter with a local captain, then arranged to have our catch cleaned and cooked for our dinner at the restaurant nextdoor! The location is away from An Bang by just a 5min Grab ride, but quiet and quaint. It is rght next to the river and beach which is nice. Great value for the nightly rate!

We felt very comfortable as a family and have 10 days longer, that says it all. comfortable beds, very bright. 2 bathrooms. we have done a cleaning every 2 days which is very good and also do the dishes for just 400,000 dong. Air conditioning works very well and is nice and quiet. great view. Kitchen well equipped. very nice complex with 2 pool. we were preferably very simply perfect by the sea. I can't stop raving because it is just mega beautiful there. Restaurant also great, a little more expensive but very tasty. It is very well located that you are in Da Nang and Hoi An in 15 minutes. Grab taxi service always available immediately and usually eat in 30 minutes. We have heard the neighbors a few times but not worth mentioning otherwise you apartment is very quiet. Lenh is easy to reach and helps as much as it goes. Massages at the resort are also great. We will definitely be back :D

We has a wonderful stay, our host Kathy was amazing!!! We had every thing we needed. Beautiful room, great location in between Da Nang and Hoi An. The two pool areas are big with another pool for kids, a great place to come with children. We had a buffet breakfast in the hotel and received a discount as an Air BnB guest. Highly recommend, cannot wait to cone back. 5 golden stars from us. X

My friends and I (a group of 5) stayed at this villa in Hoi An for one night and had a really great time. The villa is super spacious and perfect for a short getaway. It was pretty quiet at night, which we really appreciated. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, thanks to Madam Van and her lovely team. Huong was also super helpful — helping us book the coconut boat tour and got us a reservation at Morning Glory, which serves great local food Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back if we’re ever in Hoi An again!
