The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with mini markets, grocery stores and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis temple, museum and Plaka. Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. You can also walk to Psirri, Petralona and Gazi where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants. Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. It has one bedroom and a bright new sofa (expandable to a comfortable double bed). It is ideal for couples, friends as well as families with children. Our lovely home is located in the village of Kastraki, 290 meters from the main square of the village. The house can host up to 6 people. It can accommodate a family or a small group of friends. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms a fully equipped kitchen and a living room (it consists of two sofas which can be turned into beds). In front of the house there is an open common area where the guests can park for free their cars (private property). The guests have access to a laundry machine.

It has a private yard overlooking the small port of Agrielia.The distance from the house to Kamari beach is 500m,to the small port 300m and to Ai-Giannis beach is 1,2km. The nearest village Keramidi,where you can find small markets and restaurants,is 5km away ,10 minutes by car. At Kamari and Ai-Giannis you can find shops with food and coffee.
