We absolutely loved our stay at Aris’s place. He went above and beyond to welcome us to Milos and gave wonderful local recommendations. The apartment was a great launching pad to explore Plaka and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Every single window and balcony had a beautiful view, and having a parking space as part of the stay was greatly appreciated!!

Babis place was very comfortable, relaxing, and private. A few minute walk from the metro and super market. Lots of nearby restaurants for quick delivery service. Would definitely stay there again.

Ευχάριστοι οικοδεσπότες, βοηθητικοί. Καταπληκτική επικοινωνία. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ακριβώς το ίδιο με τις φωτογραφίες που είχαμε δει στο site του airbnb.

Our stay was 100% great. We stayed for 5 nights. The place is a hidden gem, off the beaten track, set away from the road. It’s authentic and beautiful, the setting is really idyllic. The apartments are well equipped and have quality double glazing. Although we weren’t bitten, we appreciated the modern insect screens at night as we were able to leave the windows open. They are set behind Kostas’s taverna which serves delicious fresh food much of it coming from the garden behind and the sea in front. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The sandy cove in front of the taverna is via a paved path and a lovely lush garden. Tables extend to the edge of the sea and large old trees and straw umbrellas shade you whilst you eat and chat and watch the boats go by. West facing beautiful sunsets, shallow, sandy, warm, clear sea. 10 minutes by bus (on time, 3 times a day), or taxi 10€ to Aegina Town or the village of Perdika to the south if you want to explore. Short walk to a good supermarket.

If I could give this 10 stars, I would. From the very best possible location to the nicest hosts we’ve experienced in all of our travels, this was one of our best stays yet. We felt so extremely cared for, snacks upon our arrival and our room being cleaned while we were away, we felt like we were at a fancy hotel. The terrace over looking the charming old port town was to die for. I couldn’t recommend this more highly!

Spacious, super clean, well maintained, close to lots of restaurants and bars. Easy walk to and from Port along seafront or through old town. Thanks for lovely welcome pack fruit and other essentials. Appreciated daily maid service. Delightful hostess Evi there to meet and greet and during day too if needed. Sophia was a great host and went above and beyond to help us get to and from her apartments. She was very responsive and knowledgeable about the area. We only stayed for one night due to leaving for a cruise - however we will definitely have her location at the top of our list when we return again. I highly recommend this stay and host!

This is one of the best places in Athens to stay. The location is perfect - the centre is known for being noisy and crowded - it is - but this apartment was silent. The insulation and thick windows mean you can be in the heart of the capital and enjoy peace and quiet. The gym on the third floor was an excellent touch. I take a lot of time searching for the best places to stay and I mean what I write: this does not disappoint. Friendly contact, spacious and pristine flat + the facilities to wash clothes and the opportunity to have the apartment cleaned during your stay free of charge! Rahatsız edilmeden sakin temiz bir konaklama oldu. Oda içi imkanlar biraz artırılabilir ancak temizlik vs konusunda hiçbir sorun yaşamadık

Διανυκτερεύσαμε για ένα βράδυ και μείναμε παραπάνω από ικανοποιημένοι. Το δωμάτιο ήταν υπερπολυτελές με παροχές που δεν τις συνηθίζουν άλλοι οικοδεσπότες (καφετέρια, είδη υγιεινής, σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρα κλπ.). Βρίσκεται σε μία πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή κοντά στο κέντρο του Πειραιά. Είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμη και οι οδηγίες που δίνονται είναι σαφείς. Η διακόσμηση του δωματίου καθώς και η διαρρύθμιση του χώρου είναι τέτοια που δικαίως ονομάζεται σουίτα. Είναι εξοπλισμένο με σύγχρονες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και εντελώς πεντακάθαρο. Για την σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής αξίζει και με το παραπάνω. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Awesome amenities! Basically a fancy hotel experience. There is a good gym and laundry facilities.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and modern. The baby bassinet was one of the best of its kind! Our baby loved it. The area was 15 min walk from main centre and easy to get to. The area felt safe as welll. Thank you!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς ίδιο με τις φωτογραφίες!!! ιδιαίτερα ξεχώρισε η άνεση που ενέπνεε και τα στρώματα στα κρεβάτια! Η υποδοχή ήταν επαρκής αφού πέραν των αναψυκτικών που είχε στο ψυγείο, είχε και 4 κάψουλες για καφέ μηχανής.

Super emplacement à Naoussa. On a adoré notre voyage chez Sivanis. L’appartement est fonctionnel, joli, propre. Les services proposés sont un vrai plus. Je recommande fortement.

Very nice place to stay in Athens if you are in a budget. Very close to the main destinations in the city, and also close to lots of restaurants. I had a really nice stay there <3

Στιν εδώ, μπορώ να κοιμηθείται καλά, φυσικά ανάλογα πιο είναι γείτονες που έχετε δίπλα. Στιν γύρο περιοχή υπάρχουν πολλά καταστίματα που πωλούν φρέσκα λαχανικά, κρέατα, ψάρια και ποικιλία ρούχων. Αν χρειάζομαι βοήθει, μπορείτε να ρωτήσετε τον ιδιοκτήτη και να απαντήσει μέσα σε λίγα λεπτάκια. Καλή σχέση κόστους αποτελεσματικώτητας.

It is the perfect location to stay at for a short trip to Athens! It is located near all the main attractions, making it the ideal place to stay. Obviously, don't expect a 5-star hotel: it is shared living, mostly targeting younger crowds, which led to some unappreciated noises and not-so-pleasant smells, but that is just part of the experience and was expected. The Airbnb itself is excellent--clean, well-managed, and centralized, especially for its price! I really appreciate the hosts' attentiveness and willingness to make the experience the best it can.

we enjoyed the views of the harbor and the Chora, the sun, the closeness to the beach. they are very accommodating with cleaning, changing the linens, washing the laundry and doing the dishes. super nice! the terrace is lovely for sitting, reading, eating, but it can get very windy.

The place is really matching “price & quality “ theory. Host is very helpful & responses so quickly. When you book the place, he sent you all detailed info about everything. How to reach hotel, about restaurants and so on. Even though I had flight problems with airline. He did his best to find me ways to solve the problems ( my flight had been cancelled because of strike) . The location is so engaging with locals. That I really liked it. Streets are safe for night as well. I would like to thank to him for all his efforts & hospitality 👏

Ich habe mich sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Tolle Lage und Highlight mit der Dachterrasse. Der Gastgeber war auch super freundlich & gut erreichbar. Wenn man Lärmempfindlich ist, empfehle ich Ohrstöpsel, da die Wohnung recht hellhörig ist. All in all echt ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ich war zufrieden mit meiner Wahl :)
