Townhome vacation rentals in Cyclades

The house was ideal for our family with two almost adult sons. We enjoyed the spacy rooms and also the piano. With a rented car, the accomodation is an ideal place to discover Athes, Aticca and Parnitha national park

We immediately felt very comfortable in Stelio's house. He allowed us to check in earlier and was also very flexible on our departure day. His tips for the area were great and he always responded to messages immediately. The place is as pictured and there are many additional amenities such as coffee, tea, spices and even laundry detergent. You can easily cook and do laundry. The neighborhood is very pleasant and you really immerse yourself in village life. That's exactly how we imagined our stay. Pyrgi is a magical place and we loved strolling through the alleys and sitting in the market square. Great beaches and other beautiful places are easily accessible in about 20 minutes. We definitely recommend it and will be happy to come back :-).

Filippos was a great host, always very friendly and helpful. The house was exactly as expected from the description and photos. It’s in a great location, perfect for exploring the town and local beaches. The terrace really is fantastic!

Good choice if you want to get close of the center of Ioulis. Great view and close to restaurants

Ilias was a great host with a great place. The location had everything we needed and more. He met me at the port and brought all my luggage to the AirBnb, offered to clean every day, and got us a luggage carrier when we departed. Everything was very clean and felt very safe. Would highly recommend!

Panos, Oksana's husband welcomed us and was available for questions or others throughout. The complex is in Pasha Bay, not far from the centrality of Lavrio and a short walk to the beach. A car allows you to visit the area, go to the taberns and make the most beautiful beaches in the area, bikes could also do the trick but the main road does not allow you to drive with children. The pool is open from 10 to 13h and from 17h30 to 20h which is quite common in Greece (the world stops during nap time, but it may be that some neighbors fans of gardening do not stop). The house matches the photos and description very well, nothing is missing and everything works. The terrace enjoys the scent of flowers and the view from the Aegean. We highly recommend it!

The host, the house and the location were all incredible!

Kim was there to let us in and show us around. The home is clean and due to the ground source heat pump the A/C is always running and the house stays wonderfully cool. The lower ground floor has an American sized king sized bed along with a full bathroom, additional toilet and washer. The ground floor is open plan living room and kitchen and easy to relax in and enjoy! The first floor bedroom has metal blinds which when shut at night block out road noise and light. The top floor bedroom is only accessible via lift but there are emergency stairs available. It has a nice open patio. Kim was very responsive to all our requests and any concerns he attended to right away. It was a pleasure staying at the home and there was ample parking nearby on the street just before and behind the block. The beach clubs, restaurants and grocery stores were a quick drive down the street and, overall, it was a lovely and pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Pyrgos boutique villas. We stayed in the tower with its breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The service from the team was exceptional. They accommodated a very late check-in with a smile and organized our car rental for the next day within less than 2 minutes. The breakfast was delightful; we chose the super food breakfast- a mixture of creamy greek yogurt with fresh and dried fruits, fresh orange juice and coffee and delicious artisanal bread and homemade jams. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this beautiful place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of the island!

Absolutely excellent. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. The local contact Inger was easily contactable. Everything went smoothly. The location and the accommodation were both great. We were offered extra time on the final day if we had a late ferry which we could not avail ourselves of as we had an early ferry.

What a charming place!! It was impeccably clean and exactly as in the pictures. Dimitri and Eleni were wonderful hosts! They met me for check in, we’re super responsive throughout and even let me borrow a warm coat for the day! Highly recommend, especially for the price AND it had secure parking too! Host was very responsive. The place looks like the photo. Clean. Good location near restaurants. It’s on the first floor but is quiet and u slept well. Because the unit is on the first floor and faces the back, there is not a lot of light but that was not a problem for me.

The house is exactly like the pictures! We loved it and will be back !

Our family of four absolutely loved our 4 night stay. The location is sensational. Amazing views, a beautiful little beach and a short drive into Gavrio. Fellos beach is lovely and close by too. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Thanks Costa!

Nice place to stay with the rooms on different floors. Clean and comfortable beds. Ac in all the rooms. Quiet neighborhood yet central. All just fine!

We loved staying at this place! The host - Fondas - was so kind and very helpful :) The apartment looks like the photos, the entrance is nice, air conditioning and everything else was working well. We got to the city centre so quickly and easily, through a calm neighbourhood, we almost didn't use public transport for out 5 day trip in Athens. We missed having a kitchen though (but we knew that coming in!) as we wanted to travel on a budget and eat some of the meals at home - but we managed and ate so many good greek salads home made from groceries from the market, which was very close! Other than that, it was an amazing stay! Thank you so much! :)

The house was charming! It had a typical Greek ambience which was alluring.. And its proximity to the Old Port area is what we liked the most... Everything's good except that there should have been hot water available on ground floor too which was missing.. This is a requirement only when its cold!

Hostess Annita is a lady who manages and cares for her accommodation full of passion and dedication. You can also notice that in terms of the tasteful decor and the decorations, where flowers and plants are her passion. She really makes you feel at home and does everything she can to make you feel at home. We have great value for her! The apartment is exactly as in the photos and will certainly not disappoint you. The apartment is at a short walking distance (5 minutes) from a very large shopping complex with a MacDonalds, XXL supermarket, gas station and various residential shops nearby. The beach is about 20 minutes walk and the metro idem. By subway you are within fifteen minutes in the center of Athens (Akropolli or Syntagma metro station).

Convenient for the ferry. Lots of restaurants, ice cream, coffee and even crepes nearby.
