GREAT PLACE - GREAT LOCATION - GREAT AMILIA the appartment nice and clean kitchen full with usefull accesories the secret garden as it sound - green, nice, and full of silence the place in great location: 10 minutes to supermarket, 7-35 minutes to the beaches ( about 6 i found ) , 15-20 minutes to 5 kind of resturants, 7 min to the ZIBA morning coffee bar on the beach and the lady - lady AMILIA - she is full of information, help, attention. all you need she will assist. yes, wonderfull place.

We loved our stay here. Anna was very friendly, stayed in touch and met us on arrival into Milos to guide us to the property. She gave fantastic local recommendations. The family who owns the farmhouse take great care to ensure their guests have a comfortable stay and we felt very welcome. They went above and beyond with the cleaning service, fresh produce, baked goods and responsiveness. Do yourself a favour and book this property! It is even better than the pictures and so peaceful.

As other reviews stated, this is such a perfect space. My husband and I stayed for a week to relax and see Patmos and it was hard to leave! Matthaios was incredibly helpful + friendly. It was so sweet to provide a ride to the house since it would be difficult to find on your own. Definitely check out his brother's restaurant Botpus / Votris - it is delicious! The sound of the waves at night, the beautiful patio with hanging bed overlooking the water, friendly neighbors, listening to the goat bells as the goats were hearded across the mountain every evening... you can't beat that. Honestly, I wish I lived in this house full time! Loved that it was an easy, beautiful walk into town if you wanted, or a short drive. We rented a car because we wanted to be able to see all the sights. Thank you for the most perfectly amazing stay. 🙏🏼🧡

The place is just as it is shown in the photos, although we were surprised to see that the place was a two story. The views are just as gorgeous as they are in the photos, if not more. Very clean, well stocked to received new guests. There is a market within walking distance, about 300 feet away from the place. The only issue that we had was that the address as provided did not pull up on the Google map properly and it gave us a different location from where the house really was. We had to call KFV late at night to get the actual location of the place. Luckily he is very responsive. He was a very good host. Keep in mind that this place is 1 hour and 15 minute drive from the center of Athens and 45 minute drive from Athens International Airport, so we highly suggest you rent a car if you plan to stay in this place. Also the add suggests a beach within a 2 minute drive. Although that maybe technically true, it was closed and we drove to a beach that is 15 minutes away.

Ideal accommodation to spend a few days of rest, without a car, away from the noise and bustle of cities with organized beaches. Asimaki beach was perfect, quiet and clean, the nearby bakery allowed us to have excellent breakfasts and the restaurant open during our stay a little off-season was very friendly. Kassy's house is very well arranged, pleasant and stripped down, we took advantage of the two terraces depending on the time of day and appreciated the quality of the Wi-Fi. In short, we'll note the address for next time!

Great place to spend a few days in Athens without the hustle and bustle of the city itself. Great smaller village on the coast with clean beaches, only 15 min from airport. Transportation was offered by the host which made our journey much more relaxing. Did a cooking class with the hostess which was lots of fun and delicious. Met the hosts family and they made us feel right at home.
