The house is located 10 mn away from the city Le Puy en Velay and 5 mn away from a shopping district. The house is ideal for two guests. It has a spacious bedroom, a living room, kitchen and full bathroom with shower. A porch and awning furnished with a table and chairs is available to enjoy alongside the garden. There is parking available for a vehicle in front of the house.

Located 15 min from Puy-en-Velay and 30 min from Mont Mezenc (Monts d'Ardèche UNESCO Regional Natural Park) and Lake Bouchet.
