Nice private colonial house located a half block from the San Blas square, home of renowned craftsmen. Quiet, safe area with many cafes, restaurants, stores, laundries and just 7 minutes walk from the main square. The apartment is a 2-story duplex, quite spacious and bright, It has a very sunny and cozy interior patio, 2 rooms with flexible accommodation and equipped, private bathroom with tub and shower, living room equipped with TV and comfy and large sofa, dining room, kitchen full equipped.
