Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Cusco

Gustavo and his parents were really helpful and nice people to talk to. The unit is really nice and cosy. The place is close to every main attraction and it is easy to access to the shops and restaurants. My family and I were very happy with the stay. Thank Gustavo for having us.

Located 10/12 minutes from Plaza de Armas, the apartment is very comfortable and extremely spacious. It is located on the third floor by stairs of a quiet building. Both the apartment and all the linens available are impeccable. It is very well equipped and all the amenities work. The kitchen is complete and has all the necessary appliances. Both bathrooms have a hot shower that works perfectly. I went with my husband and my two children and the distribution of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was very suitable for us. One aspect to mention is that it does not have heating, but it was offered to us for an additional fee. Katiuska was a wonderful host. She welcomed us very kindly and was attentive to all our needs. A recommended place to stay in Cusco.

Gorki is a very attentive host and helped us a lot. We left something there and he took the time to send it to us by parcel service. Highly recommended.

This place was wonderful. Gorki met us warmly late in the evening to give us a tour of the apartment. It was much bigger than we anticipated yet so comfortable and cozy. Gorki helped us with several questions about the area and local tours. The location is ideal. Walkable to markets, restaurants & the mall. We loved our stay.

The place is very comfortable and peaceful, security is guaranteed in the area. I felt very comfortable in the facilities, 100% recommended.

Our stay at Solon’s place was better than expected. The apartment itself had everything we needed and more. the mattresses were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. Javier, Solon’s son was super nice and friendly. He helped me start the process of obtaining a driver license here in Peru. This was super helpful because I had no idea where to begin. He also picked us up from the airport. And answered all questions we had during our stay. The location of the apartment was great for our needs. About 10 -15 minutes walk to the Plaza de Armas and it also was near the market San Blas where we had some delicious juices.There were more than a few laundry places… And small local restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who’s looking to visit Cusco.

A group of us from 4 different countries stayed with Alfons and Mery in their lovely home from October to November 2016 and really loved it. We occupied 3 rooms on the third floor and had our own bathroom, common space and kitchen at our convenience. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. 2 of them were newly renovated, with lots of natural light streaming in from the skylights in the morning. They have a washing machine downstairs and a terrace for drying clothes, a lovely garden in the middle of their home, and a great little plazoleta just outside their home. Location wise, it was very convenient - just a 5 minute ride or 20 minute walk to Centro Historico. There are lots of great little restaurants serving menu del dias for lunch and dinner, and the Orion supermarket and Ttio markets are also a short walk away. I really enjoyed living in such a local area, away from the touristy parts and always felt safe in this neighbourhood, even whilst walking around alone at night. Alfons really went out of the way to make sure everything was in order. Wifi here is excellent as Alfons had a new line installed just for our use. There are other networks to connect to even when it dropped out. We did not have water a few days during our stay there due to city works on the water lines, but Alfons drove out to collect water in large pails for us. Having lived here for so many decades, Alfons is a great conversationalist with many great stories and insights about Peru. The caring and maternal Mery is an amazing cook. We've had the pleasure of sharing many delicious home-cooked meals together, and learnt so much about Peruvian culture, history, music and food. We had a wonderful time discovering the many charms of Cusco, but this place became our home away from home as well. We are so grateful to have had this time with Alfons and Mery, who made us feel so welcome, and whom I now consider our cusquena familia. I highly recommend staying with them!

The place is nice, it's well-equipped, it's quite cozy. It's not exactly downtown, but you can walk there quickly, there are several shops nearby, and public transport stops right at the door of the house. Recommended! We'll be back
