Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.

The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. We have 30 acres to walk on, are close to hiking and biking trails, and Beaver Lake is a 5 minute drive. The cabin is nearby to all the greater Thunder Bay/Alpena area. Explore Northern Michigan year round! Of note: the 3/4 bathroom is connected to the cabin, but accessed from outside the cabin.
