The place is exactly the same as the photos, we had no difficulty with anything in our stay, complete apartment, ocean view, with everything working perfectly. Impeccable location, we needed to extend checkout and the host Leo was very willing and flexible, we will definitely come back more often.

A spacious bedroom is illuminated by natural light filtering through large windows and a skylight. The room features a king-size bed with a floral-patterned blanket, wooden accents, and a scenic view of lush greenery visible outside.

Being in this space, in this house, gave me many reflections, and one of them, is today, to be able to enjoy possibilities that life proposes to us. Jeannine (host) and Luciano (homemade), were sensational. No mosquitoes (we were in 4 adults) and no one felt; No loud noises or songs; No conflict with barbecues or common spaces; Everything equipped and practical. Falo without a doubt: it is a paradise on Earth.

Excellent place, had everything we needed , well equipped . Very good location, stand in the sand, delicious pool, pool restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food!! Supermarket right next to the building, very practical . Manoela was attentive and kind all the time!

Apartment in a safe condominium, friendly concierge, quiet place. We spent 2 days on site in two couples over 50 years old and found everything we needed for the stay. The host instructed us perfectly, as we had no experience with Airb. In short, after a few minutes in the AP we felt at home. We appreciate the stay.

Second time I stayed at the place. Vivian is an excellent host. Very polite and quick to respond to messages. The place is the same as the listing, it is in a great location, close to the historic center of São Sebastião, close to the bus station and close to the ferry between São Sebastião and Ilhabela. I highly recommend it and hope to stay other times lol.

The apartment is as described. It really meets what is proposed. Owner Beatriz is super accessible and ready and quick to answer questions. Seu Luiz, who takes care of the condominium is super helpful, polite and helped us with all these doubts. In my case I did not use the car for nothing because everything is so close and accessible. Empório which is 100 meters away has everything we need, price pump good products. Maresias beach is very good. Água Branquinha is fine sand. For me and wife note 10 for the apartment, owner, mr. Luiz and etc. It's worth a lot. Super I recommend everyone. Thanks Beatriz for hosting. See you soon.

It was a wonderful accommodation, clean, organized, spacious and complete property (all household utensils). Air-conditioning functioning perfectly and good pressure in the showers. Larissa is an excellent hostess, always responding to messages quickly. Super recommend it!

Very beautiful apartment, with a stone in the room that gives an elegant touch, the person responsible was very attentive, helped us with everything possible. Very nice and clean apartment pool. Air Conditioning in both bedrooms, working perfectly, showerheated that it was a beauty, had ice water filter, microwave, clean fridge, even washing machine. They left products for us to use, in addition to which São Sebastião is very beautiful and you can cross by ferry to Ilha Bela. Everything is close by, I recommend it to discerning customers and we want to come back.

A very special place, a unique experience! The neighborhood is very unique, with incredible views and experiences! Even in a period where the weather was uncertain, the days were wonderful and the feeling of having a beach at home, there are no comparisons! I recommend it.

Alessandra's apartment served us well on the 8 days we stayed. We had a mishap with the air conditioning and it was quick to offer us alternatives to the issue. Respond always quickly and cordially. Apartment close to downtown, supermarkets and restaurants.

The Raul property is very well located, safe, quiet and easy to access, in a closed condominium with 24h concierge and parking. Furniture in good condition, appliances that work perfectly and although we did not use the utensils, I realized that the kitchen is quite complete. Impeccable cleaning of space, bath and bed linen. Providing linen and household and personal cleaning products, it helped a lot when packing. All according to the photos! Raul was very attentive, helpful and kind, we decided to go on short notice and he removed all doubts quickly. Anyway, we had a great holiday, without inconvenience and in a cozy space. Thank you so much Raul.

Loft very complete and cozy. The village is great for regaining energy after a day on the island. Very good location, getting close to beaches, markets and pharmacies. Léia Tbm was amazing giving great tips and information about the island.

The place served us with great mastery, not to mention that when we arrived the environment was extremely clean and smelling, Katya was a very friendly host, always answering our doubts in an agile way. We will definitely be back.

Very nice apartment. Great infrastructure. Direct beach access is sensational. The host, Mr. Agnelo, treated us super well.
