It has a separate entrance and a closed parking lot is available. It also has a wonderful and spacious terrace surrounded by nature. The cabin has central heating, as well as an electric heater, a double bed, and a sofa bed.

It's an excellent starting point for visiting the city. We are located on the urban-rural border, 12 minutes from downtown by vehicle. The train station is approximately 600 meters away, so we recommend coming by car. The cabin is equipped with the amenities of a modern home and features slow-burning heating, with firewood provided for the entire stay. Each guest must bring their own towels. A bright 27m2 cabin located in the courtyard of my home on Isla Teja. It has independent access. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, with a supermarket and restaurant area nearby. It is a 10-minute walk from Saval, a 10-minute walk from Uach and 20 minutes from downtown Valdivia. The bus to the coast (Niebla) passes 5 blocks away. Tourist accommodation: it is not rented monthly at any time of the year.
