Vacation rentals in Curicchi

This is a special place owned by the host who cares a great deal about his place and your experience. It is not for everybody (it is remote, far away from big cities), but if this matches what you seek (nature, peace, rustic environment), it won't disappoint. Strategically this is a good base for travelling around Veneto region, because it is right in the middle of it. The access to the place is not as easy, though, be prepared for narrow roads. After spending a month here (a mix of holiday and work), we was sad to leave. Btw, for work the wi-fi is really good. And Siro is truly a remarkable person, who will make you stay really comfortable.

Beautiful and large apartment a few minutes away in the central area of Ferrara, a few minutes' walk from the Duomo and Estense Castle, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Barbara proved to be super-friendly and helpful, she provided us with a parking space right in front of the house, she gave us useful tips for restaurants and visiting the city. And on the day of departure, after check-out, he allowed us to leave the car where we had parked it (partly in front of his garage) and above all he lent us 3 bikes that proved very useful for visiting Ferrara. The only regret is that we only stayed one night.

We really enjoyed our stay at Donatella’s place. The apartment is spacious and clean with incredible views from the rooftop terrace. It was easy to find on a quiet street that was central to Venice but without all the tourist activity. Donatella herself was by far the most engaged host I’ve ever experienced, messaging personal recommendations and directions, and even including some personal touches upon arrival. The only comment to be aware of is that the gondola taxi service to cross the Grand Canal to get into the prime tourist activity was only operating 9am-5pm daily, so outside of those hours we had to walk an extra 10 minutes or so to cross the next bridge. Just good to be aware since Google maps won’t recognize that and will always direct you to the Gondola crossing. Loved our stay and definitely recommend!

Our stay at Room No. 5 was perfect from start to finish. Dada was very responsive and pro active at getting in touch and giving us useful information for our arrival as well as recommendations for places to eat during our stay. The apartment is beautifully designed and well thought through, making for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Extra touches (like face masks in the bathroom, nibbles and Prosecco on arrival) made us feel very well looked after. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare simple suppers and with the wonderful view right on the canal, we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so so much Dada x

Mini apartment booked at the last minute, corresponding to photo and description. Marco is very kind and helpful, extremely quick to respond. A pleasant stay with the only advice to replace the net and mattress, too soft, but still comfortable.

A place you could ask for - if you're looking for a retreat that exudes a lot of warmth. And this garden...magnificent. Ideal for exploring cities such as Treviso, Padova, Venice but also Trieste. Jody also always has good restaurant recommendations and helps with valuable tips

The scenery is extremely beautiful. This is a winery that resembles an ancient castle. However, it's worth mentioning that its interior decoration is very modern. All in all, we felt very comfortable staying here.

Venice was the last stop on our trip through Italy and Sophia's home was by far our favorite place!! Her home includes everything you need to be very comfortable and it is so beautiful. Our stay at Sophia's felt like you were staying as a family member. Sophia provided fruit, snacks, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, yogurt, and juice which were so nice to have after a long trip! I immediately went to the balcony to look out at the canal and enjoy a delicious orange. She also put fresh flowers in the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable with extra pillows to use and was so pretty! Sheets were soft, extra throws for added comfort. With my daughter and I both needing places to get ready in the morning, we were so happy that Sophia had plenty of places to put toiletries with a mirror above. In addition, she included full length mirrors and a magnifying mirror. She provided plenty of toilet paper, q-tips, makeup pads, hair dryer, plug adapters, lovely soaps, and nice towels. Just Perfect!!!
