Exceptional room and study area.

JeremyRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Really lovely place for a stop over. The annexe is very well kitted out and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and nice shower. We had a good meal and a nice pint at the pub about 100m away. Went for a walk around the local nature reserve and lakes - very scenic and peaceful. Easy 20 minute drive to the ferry terminal. Will be stopping again on our return journey. No hesitation in recommending.

Curbridge Chapel

chrisRating, 5 stars1 month ago
WOW. One of the most amazing places we’ve stayed in. Beautiful chapel that has been simply and sensitively converted; it OOZES charm & character. Natalie had gone above and beyond to Leave the table set for 6 and if even left us a nice bottle of wine and even a little Easter egg each, just lovely touches. It was so good, we’re booking it again for a few months time!!

Two Bedroom House in Bishops Waltham

JohnRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We spent four days and three nights here. Cliff’s house was a perfect choice for us. We enjoyed a high standard of accommodation which was within easy reach of all the destinations we had planned; Winchester Cathedral, Fareham Live Theatre and Hampshire National Trust properties. Cliff is a superb host and was in touch with us, providing every detail of the house we could hope for. The bonus was Bishop’s Waltham itself with its beautiful Abbey ruin and extremely likeable Crown Inn restaurant. We could have stayed longer, but a return visit is always an option.
A rustic wooden gate stands open, revealing a serene rural landscape beyond. The grassy field and distant structures are framed by greenery, creating a peaceful view. The gravel pathway leads up to the gate, emphasizing the countryside setting.

Cosy Caravan in a quiet rural area

JamesRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Stayed for 1 week. Nice quiet location and caravan is in good condition. We used this for a base to hike in the area (south downs/ new forest) so quiet at night and cooking facilities were important and both were great. Caravan is fully equipped with gas oven/grill, gas hobs, toaster, kettle, TV, radio. Mike responded to messages quickly was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay!
A view is offered from a large window, showcasing a spacious outdoor patio area set with stone tiles. The garden is seen beyond, featuring trees and neatly maintained grass, complemented by various plants. A blue object is positioned to the left, indicating a seating area.

The Stables, Wickham

AnnRating, 5 stars5 months ago
The property in Shedfield was really cosy. The kitchen and appliances are of really high quality AND there is a generous amount of utensils e.g. cups, cutlery etc. The log fire was lovely and again there was a generous amount of kindling and logs. The property has under floor heating and it worked perfectly. It's also possible to change the temperature if you want to do so. The bedroom was another nice surprise with a large mirror AND plug sockets close to it. This is a must for those of us who rely on hair straighteners etc! The property is down a single track country road but during our stay we never met another vehicle coming the other way even though there are quite a few houses on the road. The property is detached and really peaceful. A deer visited us one morning too! The pillows in the property are quite flat so it would be best to bring your own. The kitchen does not have salt, pepper or olive oil so again, bring your own.
