This lovely and small villa with pool is situated in Gondolici, a little place only 2km from old town Labin. Villa is a typical new istrian house, surrounded by wonderful nature, breathtaking sea view, and view of nearby islands. The villa is for 4-6 persons has 60m2 with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a wonderful terrace covered by pergola, looking at the private pool. Only 2km from this house is a small village Prtlog with fantastic nature, clear sea and beaches.

The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. Our house with sea view is located in the village Zakosa-bay near the towns of Senj and Sveti Juraj,under the mountain Velebit.There are three national parks in the vicinity.Nice place for a quite holiday. This apartment is for two to four persons. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
