Everything is ok. Kind, polite and helpful staff. Family environment, quiet place without a mess in the surroundings, and despite having rustic decoration in wood there was no smell of mold, or unpleasant odors, on the contrary everything very clean and ventilated. We'll come back one day.

Everything was perfect, the apartment is very well equipped! Both for cooking and for spending a pleasant time (video projector, bicycles, etc.). The hosts are very responsive. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the historic center and a 5-minute walk from the rodoviária. A little noisy but normal given the location close to the center. Not a problem!

The location and view of this Airbnb are spectacular! Quiet location, with great views of the Marina. The apartment is in great condition, very well equipped with all kitchen utensils, blankets, etc. Point of attention: it is far from the center, so ideally it would be good to have a car, but if not, there is a service inside the Marina that takes you by boat to the center.

Charming historic house within the old centre of Paraty. It was a perfect location for a stress free holiday within the picturesque town and within an easy walk to the beach, river, quay for boat trips and fabulous restaurants and shops. We had an amazing time. Gabriela was very quick to correspond in excellent English (obridada, Gabriela). We had a fabulous day out in the boat with her husband Rodolpho, who took us to some beautiful places in Paraty Bay. We'll worth booking if you get the chance. Beds were super comfy, air con worked well. House is even prettier than the photos. A wonderful, wonderful holiday, thank you!

Communication with Patrícia was excellent, with detailed instructions for arrival and entry to the house, to the tour itinerary, list of great restaurants (Quintal das Letras really is very sophisticated!). We were personally greeted by Patrícia, who can present the details of the house and the amenities. The description of the house and the photos is accurate, the decoration has very good taste, with many plants, inspirational phrases and paintings. There's even a guitar for music lovers For those who like to cook, the equipment is complete, with new pans (so be careful when using, do not use metals to not scratch the pieces, they are goods assigned with great affection). Located 5 minutes from Jabaquara beach, which has calm waters (so it is good for those who want to do standup or kayak), it is very worth watching the sunrise, when the water mirror reflects the sky. For race lovers, you can run to Pontal beach quietly. Thanks Patrícia and Jorge!

Eduardo's house is in the heart of the historic center of Paraty. Staying at her place was an amazing experience. It's a house with a lot of history, from its architecture to the furniture. It has an affective decoration, but without losing the practicality and comfort we seek when we travel. The parking lot is very close and is a distinguishing characteristic. Also, the tips Eduardo gave us were priceless. Everything in the house is thought out in detail and we had a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning soon !

Jo is simply a fantastic person, a super hospitable host, with incredible care for guests. We have no words to describe the house, we were already delighted by the photos, but in person, there is no comparison. An incredibly beautiful, cozy, clean, organized environment. It is seen at first that every aspect of the house was thought out with affection. A wonderful blend of art, sea and nature. Perfect for those with children too, my son felt like he was playing in a treehouse inside the house itself. Our experience was wonderful, perfect house, super close to the beach, with walking access, a villa for those who like peace and really enjoy family company.

Raquel was an excellent host. He gave several tips and directions. The place is also sensational. It was even better than the pictures.
