The inn is excellent, with a structure that perfectly meets the needs of those seeking a comfortable and practical stay on the beach. What surprised me the most were the details: items like iron, iron and dryer make all the difference to make the experience even more convenient. We even extend the daily rates for another two days. Paraty is amazing, plenty of places to know and return to a quiet place made us feel at home. In addition, Julio is an exceptional host, always available and ready to help with whatever it takes. I recommend with my eyes closed! I can't wait to come back, this time bringing more family members and friends to enjoy this amazing place.

Great benefit cost! The apartment was spotless, we were even afraid to walk in it so clean that it was haha We knew they had stairs, but we didn't know it was 6 flights, maybe we wouldn't have booked, because we had a baby and the plan was to go out and come back several times a day and because of the stairs we would go out and avoid coming back hahaha We did not imagine that the center was so noisy too, but it was definitely worth it! We had everything we needed, comfortable beds, super wide and communication with Maria was wonderful, she was always very attentive to us!

I went with a friend. The loft is very spacious, large bathroom, kitchen with all nessario/well equipped. tv, air... Well tidy bed. The house was clean, organized and very similar to the listing photos. Everything was working fine, comfortable bed, good shower and the location was great for us. Camila, who attended to us, was super attentive and answered everything very quickly. The check-in and check-out were also peaceful. The stay was very good, we would definitely come back!

Our stay was simply perfect! The house is beautiful, well cared for and conveys a sense of incredible peace. The location is great, in a charming village, with a light walk to the beach of Ubatumirim. An ideal place to relax, rest and enjoy days of tranquility. We'll be back for sure!

We had a great stay! We spent the end of the year in Paraty Mirim and, along with this busy season, we experienced rains at the end of the day and frequent power outages all around. Marcos didn't let us down, not even He brought a battery to turn on the Wi-Fi, the lights… anyway, he was very attentive to us. In addition to the host being so attentive, the house is great, nothing is missing: bedroom, bathrooms and kitchen as well as a nice garden. The neighborhood is very quiet, it is within walking distance of beaches and also markets and etc. Marcos gave us local tips and we went to Praia do Furado, a short walk from the house - a beautiful place to die for, in addition to putting us in touch with Charles who took us on a great boat ride to all the nearby places. Our family enjoyed the time, and even with the adversities of lack of electricity due to bad weather and so on, we enjoyed it a lot. Thanks Marcos!

The house is great, well located and ideal for a group of 5 people and very cozy. A point that is worth mentioning is that the swimming pool is very cool as well. In the early days we had problems with the unloading that was soon resolved and control of the gate that did not work. Highly recommend!!!!!

The house is exactly as advertised and has a great space. It's very well equipped and that helps a lot too! We loved it! For those with a car, it is super easy to go downtown and to other nearby places. The only observation is that the listing had a different address than the one they sent us in the instruction message, we didn't notice because we didn't imagine it could be different, and we ended up going to the wrong place first. For the correct address, I think you could put some reference to which km is near, especially if you are arriving at night, because the entrance to the condominium is dark and difficult to see the sign. But overall the experience was very good and we would definitely come back!

Reasonable location, but since I was by car didn't stop me from doing what I wanted, in a few minutes I was in the historic center. Briefly, it was a great and welcoming stay. I highly recommend it!
