Monthly Rentals in Cumbuco Beach

Great space, just two blocks from downtown and the beach. The house is spacious and has everything we need in the kitchen and living room. I just found the lighting from the lamps inside the house to be dark at night, but Lucas responded to the suggestion to check this. It has a beautiful pool with a variety of beautiful plants around it. The concierge and the apartment itself have passwords, making it safer. I recommend the space and the owner.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Cumbuco! The place is simply beautiful, with an incredible view of the sea. The apartment is right on the beach, super private, comfortable and very clean — exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent, perfect for those who want to rest and enjoy nature in peace. The only observation is that the beach in front has strong waves, which may not be ideal for children or those looking for calmer seas, but for those who like to watch the sea or practice sports such as kitesurfing, it is a true paradise. I highly recommend and would definitely return!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, tastefully decorated, comfortable, spacious rooms. Very nice place. Beautiful balconies. Fred responded quickly whenever we needed him. Attention to very early check-out - 10 a.m., we requested late check-in, but there was a half-day charge. We recommend it!

The apartment is very well equipped to have a perfect stay and we found it clean and tidy. We had no problems and the concerns were resolved quickly Highly recommended!
