Absolutely loved Catherine & John’s place - they were so kind and accommodating! My partner and I arrived on a red eye and they were super communicative working out an early check in, which was so appreciated after a long flight from CA! Aside from the great hosts, the unit was adorable - uniquely decorated and the perfect size for our group of 4. We were visiting for a wedding and we all had plenty of space to get ready, as well as relax after the wedding was over. The location is great and super quiet, walking distance to some great coffee/bagel spots. Will absolutely stay again if we come through Nashville!

We had a wonderful time in Nashville. Judy’s place is sparkling clean, very comfortable, and peaceful, with beautiful views—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Judy and Bill are exceptional hosts who go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. On our last night, there was a brief but widespread power outage in the area. Judy promptly messaged us with updates, and Bill kindly brought us a portable battery so we could charge our phones if needed. They also reassured us that there was still hot water available for showers, which made us feel completely at ease. We truly felt we were in good hands. Thank you, Judy and Bill, for being such thoughtful and gracious hosts!

Franks place was easy to find, plenty of street side parking available and the apartment was a perfect stay for a few nights in Nashville. It was spotless and the kitchen was really well stocked if you want to cook/stay in. Also nice walking distance to Five Points and we also walked into Downtown no problem - Would recommend

Nice little place decently close to downtown Nashville and also if you have to go to the Gaylord for any sort of conference and don’t wanna pay for that hotel, it’s a fairly short drive or Uber.

Absolute perfect experience & stay for us! Awesome & efficient communication, easy & clear check-in instructions, gorgeous property & surroundings, & loved how they had the Airbnb set up. When our travels take us around/to Lexington again, Pam & Jay’s place will be at the top of the list for spots we look at stay at! Pam was very conversational & showed us her horse & some of the property. Jay was traveling so we didn’t get a chance to meet him- gives us a perfect reason to go visit again! 😂 beyond appreciative of them opening up their home & being such great hosts.

This was a very relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Jonathan was very helpful when I locked myself out. We tried out two of the suggested local treasures and we're not disappointed. Located in a safe neighborhood close enough to the craziness of downtown Nashville but not too close.

This was the perfect place for what we needed. It was clean and in a great location. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions.

Our stay here was fantastic! John was an excellent host; very proactive and attentive to our needs. Space was comfortable and check-in was easy. Highly recommend John and his place!

Carrie’s Place was very clean. It had plenty of towels. The bed and pillows are very nice and comfortable. As others have mentioned, it was chilly—the small heater didn’t heat the entire space but it was fine. Also—as others had mentioned, there was noise from upstairs until nearly 11pm—walking and what sounded like scooting furniture. I expected it, so it wasn’t a big deal. There was sound machine that helped block the noise—I brought a box fan so between the fan and noise machine I slept fine. Carrie was a very responsive and helpful host. It was a little hard to find just because the road was busy and the house number didn’t stand out, but I pulled up the image of the house on Google maps and looked at the street view image to know which house it was. I highly recommend staying here.

Hailey was very sweet and understanding. Place was great! Fun playing pool and enjoying the hot tub. Would recommend!

This is my 2nd time staying here. The only problem is that I haven't stayed here more often on my travels to Knoxville. This place is really as good as it gets, if you're looking for a modest studio style dwelling. Everything is new, clean, and extremely well thought out. The host has really thought of everything, and it's clear that she designed a place that she would want to stay in. I really can't say that about most airbnb's. Keep in mind that this is a basement space where the owner lives above. But in light of that, it's as private as you could imagine a space like this could be. There's a private driveway for you, and a private patio in the back with a divider. So you really don't notice much that this is a shared space. I've stayed in many placed in Knoxville, and this is the best one hands down.

This is such a nice stay! The location is great; really close to the City but in a quiet Neighborhood. I loved the Jacuzzi tub and overall the place was just so comfortable and nice. I hope I get to go back.

It was a really big space, bigger than we anticipated and if we had kids with us it would be more than enough space for them. The best part was the greeting every time we drove up by the golden retriever. Super convenient location and comfortable.

This was our second time staying at Linda and Jeff’s cozy apartment! The location couldn’t be better for us while we were at Belmont for the weekend. It has great character and is super clean. Our only regret is that we have missed out on being able to book it for our next two trips to Nashville, as someone else snagged it before we could. We will keep be back, though!☺️

We were never so glad to reach a destination after a 6 hour weather delay. Larry was kind enough to leave the porch light on so we could see his house number. It was also great he had a motion light at the back of his house so we could see what we were doing and knew we were in the right place from the pictures online. The cute basement space was clean and smelled good, bed was comfy. The walk-in closet had plenty of space to unpack our clothes. Since we were there for a week we bought a few groceries and utilized the fridge, toaster and microwave. He supplied plenty of coffee and creamer for the coffee maker and also so some snacks. It was a perfect location for us for all the things we were doing that week. Besides location the other reason I chose Larry's place was price, if I could pay more than $100 a night I would just stay at a hotel. We would absolutely stay at Larry's again, he is also a great communicator.

We were coming to the area for my son’s graduation from the police academy and wanted a peaceful place with a view, and boy, did we find it! We absolutely loved this space! The view was beautiful, the place was very clean and wonderfully decorated. Bright and open, comfortable bed, and did I mention the beautiful views?! The host was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely book again!

The house was very nice and well taken care of , it was a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with everything you need close by , we enjoyed ourselves.

Our stay at Kim’s was great. Super responsive host and the place is just a described. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean and well stocked.
