Guesthouse vacation rentals in Cumberland River

Perfect spot for me and my 12-year old son. We loved staying at Katy's while visiting Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. I felt safe and right at home. I loved seeing the chickens (yard raptors the sign said, lol) and the chatty goose. I enjoyed the private balcony and the listening to the babbling brook. I sat out there in the rain just listening. We look forward to visiting again. thank you Katy and family for a wonderful experience.

We had a very relaxing few days with our pups at Esther and Tamara's place recently. The property is just beautiful and these ladies are the most incredibly gracious hosts. They are super friendly and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed walks around the property, soaks in the private hot tub, and reading our books out on the patio overlooking the pretty surroundings. We ate in our room a few times using room service, as well as dining in the Inn, and let me tell you, Esther is an amazing chef! We enjoyed everything she made for us! They really do try to create an experience for their guests here, and that makes them a unique and wonderful place to stay. We will definitely be back. Thanks again!

We stayed a few days and everything was fine. The hosts are really responsive and friendly. When we first walked in, the first thing I noticed was how fresh and clean the place looked and smelled. The bed was comfy and our daughter had zero complaints about the sofa bed. The location was very quiet and close by to all the places we wanted to visit. (All within 15-30 minutes away). We would definitely stay here again at our future stays in Nashville!

This was a phenomenal Airbnb! The place was just like the photos. It was very comfortable and private. We loved being able to walk to restaurants. We also loved the coffee shop and bakery that were only a few minutes away! Highly recommend!

A wonderful place to stay. No more than 15-20 minutes to everything, and Ubers are very affordable. Very intimate stay, and I liked how it had a private walkway to the guesthouse. Julian reached out with recommendations which was very nice. Thanks to Julian for being such a wonderful host!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Super close to everything but still quiet and private. The hot tub was amazing and the bed was super comfortable would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. The only thing I would change would be that there was a floor mat outside the shower but besides that it was an amazing stay!

Great little place to stay, right by 12 South on a quiet residential street yet all of the bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away.

We had a lovely stay at Forest Bliss. The accommodations were impeccable. We felt at home and welcome to enjoy the trails and the property as if it were our own. We spent quiet mornings enjoying coffee on the deck listening to the birds and exploring the trails. Forest Bliss is a short drive away from a variety of things to see and do. We visited Knoxville, Maryville and Townsend, drove the Foothills Parkway and had a hike in the Smoky Mts. There are suggestions and directions provided, and Kim and Sydney were always available with ideas, suggestions and directions. Kim and Luis were fun to talk with, and readily available if we needed anything. This was our first visit to Tennessee and Forest Bliss made our trip memorable! This is one of our favorite Airbnb's! Thank you, Kim and Luis, for sharing your forest bliss with us!

Bryan’s place is great. It is comfy, cosy and was just what we needed. Bryan is a great host and very helpful. If I’m ever in Lexington again I would stay again!

Host was very kind and responsive. The driveway was super steep and I was nervous my little car wouldn’t get up it but it went up just fine (when I didn’t get nervous and stop 🤦‍♀️). Never had a problem with the WiFi. The place and surroundings are beautiful. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. I look forward to coming back again.

The Chicken Coop was absolutely fantastic and definitely planning on being returning guests soon. Being from South Knoxville my wife and I knew the area well and didn’t have any problems finding great restaurants and bars which most are in safe walking distance. You’ll love it there thanks Wanda for hosting us

Could not recommend better hosts than Candice & Matt—in addition to the beautiful space in a great neighborhood! The accommodations were on point—clean, modern, with just enough touches to feel right at home but no clutter to distract from the space and the stay. Parking instructions were as clear and easy as getting into and out of the unit with the keyless lock system. The neighborhood was quiet, with minimal traffic, near where a series of roads end at a golf course/park—but just a few blocks walk (down beautiful, porch lined streets) from lively corners and a happening district. Finally, Matt and Candice were wonderful, exemplary Airbnb hosts: responsive to questions via text and the app, totally unobtrusive, yet incredibly friendly and great to chat with when encountered. This space represent a high water mark as to how well one of these operations can be run, top to bottom; and will be our first choice of where to stay whenever visiting East Nashville.

All Airbnb stays should be as comfortable as last weekends Nashville stay @ Collin’s. The cottage was cozy, clean and stylish. The bedding was soft and linens were warm (i’ve ordered my own identical set of throw blankets they had). Finding the Airbnb couldn’t have been easier- simple pushbutton padlocks made for a quick entrance and exit. The neighborhood had several coffeehouses and restaurants, in addition to at dozens of cool cocktail bars and music lounges. Just what a Nashville trip should be. One of the best experiences; we will definitely be back!

Was a great lil overnight stay with my partner! Beautiful scenery and gorgeous decor all throughout the home. Would recommend for anyone wanting a lil getaway for a few nights or even one.

Great place to stay, would stay here again! Not too far from the main attractions but far enough for a more quiet setting. The living room furniture is not very comfortable (older couch and chair with worn out cushions) but other than that it was cozy and just what we were looking for. Luckily the king bed was very comfortable.

Great place to stay to explore Nashville. On a road trip so having a parking spot was essential, which was spacious and easy to use. The apartment is comfortable, quirky & exactly as described. We would gladly stay again, amenities (washer & dryer) were very appreciated, and the selection of bathroom products, coffee in the kitchen & creamer in the refrigerator was a great help. Very happy and well rested customers!

Tonys place is currently going through some renovations (deck and pool) which took longer than expected to be completed therefore we were not able to use those amenities but Tony immediately messaged me in enough time to cancel and rebook somewhere else. Tony worked with us and we decided to stay at his place. The place was very clean, my kids loved the foosball table, and all the movie selections available. I appreciated Tonys quick responses anytime we had a question. The kitchen was well stocked with enough pots and pans and bathroom had enough towels for everyone to use. The downstairs bathroom had a really nice shower head. I'm pretty sure once the renovations are completed and the weather is warmer the deck and pool will look amazing. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to use the outdoor screen but it looked really cool.

We had a wonderful stay at Irena’s place. It was spotless and very comfortable. Irena was an exceptional host: quick to respond, thoughtful, and always available to help with any questions we had. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. We would gladly return and highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a comfortable and seamless stay.

Checked in during a tornado warning so the easy check in was very important at the time. exactly as described, would defiantly book again.

Beautiful, peaceful, and private setting. Though there is not a full kitchen, there is a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a toaster oven. Rick has provided everything to make our stay comfortable. This was our third visit.

As soon as we opened the front door the smell and ambiance was amazing. The whole place was more then we expected. Everything youd need was available, Courtney was friendly and even wrote us a little card. We will DEFINITELY stay again. The perfect place to get away and relax.

The property and surrounding areas are beautiful and extremely peaceful. The rental was clean, neat, safe, and comfortable. Our host Margee was very kind, friendly, understanding, and responded to my messages within a few minutes. Although the rental is near her home, it felt like we were by ourselves. The property has several areas to enjoy including gazebo and a nearby river (side note, she even has walking sticks next to the rental for hiking).The location is so private and gorgeous that it felt like a piece of heaven just for you. If you are looking for a place to relax, enjoy nature, beautiful scenery, amenities, and nearby shopping this is the perfect place. I hope to go back soon!
