Great spot! Very walkable to broadway but far enough way to be extremely quiet. The area is so trendy with little shops and spots to grab a bite. Recommend for sure!

Dru is a pleasure and we were so happy to meet her. Very accomodating! Her place is just as it is described and a perfect location for Lexington area events. It is very homey and Dru is an excellent host. We will be staying again :).

Cool place, very walkable, close to lots of good restaurants, Broadway, the Ryman, etc. Walked to a concert over at the Pinnacle. Walked everywhere - didnt need an Uber/Lyft except to and from the airport. Nice to go up on the roof and hang out looking at the skyline. Would definitely recommend and will look this up next time we come to town!

If you’re looking for a quiet and quaint place to stay in Nashville, look no further! The Nashville Carriage House was the perfect spot for us to stay during our Nashville vacation! The space was cozy, clean, inviting, and had little bits of Nashville charm sprinkled throughout. The location was in the cutest neighborhood and close to so many cute places and good food in East Nashville. Downtown Nashville was an easy and quick drive, too. The amenities, decor, and ease of access all added to the fantastic experience. Thank you to Bill and Debbie for their thoughtful hospitality!

We love exploring Franklin and the surrounding area! The flat is located in a fantastic location for walking to restaurants and coffee shops. It’s clean, eclectic, comfortable and cozy. We have stayed here multiple times and would recommend to friends and family. Enjoy!

This was an incredible Airbnb! I stayed here with my mom for a little girls weekend get away and it was perfect for us. The neighborhood is beautiful and walkable and felt very safe. We were able to park our rental car right outside the front door the entire time. The Airbnb is part of Linda and Skips home, but felt very private. My mom and I enjoyed our morning coffee and evening drinks on the gorgeous front porch. Everything that we wanted to do was very close and accessible (especially with a rental car). And not to mention, the place was spotless and very well-equipped. They thought of everything!

Greg and his family are wonderful! They are friendly and informative about the town. Their place is in a great location and very comfortable. Della is a highlight of the stay as well. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville.

This was a great, walkable spot in downtown Columbia. Super convenient and easy to locate. Only flaw was the noise from the traffic outside, but that's to be expected on a main road.

A True Home Away from Home! I had the pleasure of staying at Armory Lofts during the work week for a couple of months. I cannot say enough good things about both the space and the host, Jamie! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The loft is beautifully designed, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for both a short visit and an extended stay. Jamie is an exceptional host—attentive, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure her guests have a seamless experience. You're not going to find a better location in Knoxville. Right in the heart of downtown and the space is really unique and comfortable. Be ready for some noise at night, but you can't be right downtown and expect it to be quiet.

A great loft tucked away in the Old City! We enjoyed the experience of being in the heart of nightlife. The place was clean, beds were really comfortable, and the overall vibe of the stay was cozy. The description was accurate in that it’s very loud on the weekends, but it can muffle enough noise so that sleep is still possible.

The property is exactly as pictured and easy to find. The interior is immaculate and used the space available wisely. I loved the closet storage for hanging clothes and appreciated having access to extra blankets/bedding. We were visiting for the weekend and it was easy to walk downtown for nightlife or hop in the car to go to Keeneland or dinner. The dedicated parking space put our minds at ease that we would not have to struggle to find street parking. This place met all our needs!

We were trying to find a place to escape the storms and this was a nice treat. Clean, comfortable, and starter items. Was a bit concerned when we realized location above a brewery that after researching promoted karaoke and bands only because we were traveling with an infant. But surprisingly the sound was muffled and wasn’t a bother. Slept great that night. I appreciate the host helping us find an available space to get us off the road.

Sandy's place was very inviting, cozy and comfortable! Sandy was always responsive and even checked in on us during our stay:). The home is very decorative; loved the coffee bar! The shower had hot water and had plenty of towels. The area was in great location (close to stores, restaurants, military base, etc.) and was very peaceful and quiet. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The washer/dryer was a bit small but it worked for us and it's suitable for the apartment size. Definitely will stay here again if we ever revisit Clarksville! Thank you Sandy for a wonderful stay!!!!!
