Cozy, light-filled, recently renovated apartment in historic brick building with water views. A short walk to the Old Port, waterfront, Eastern Prom, and Eastern Prom Trail connecting East Beach to the Back Cove loop. Steps from the best restaurants in the city. There is not a better location for summer in Portland, and not a better apartment. 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom.
