Felt like home. Huge tv in the living room was a plus. Would stay again

The cottage was immaculate and had everything we needed. Jennifer was very helpful when we had trouble with the app to get into the cottage. She responded immediately. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Sonya was a great host. She was able to communicate in a timely manner. The house was as described and very clean and fresh. I will be reaching back out in the future.

Alex was a great host! The space was amazing very clean and the pool was perfect! Loved the tv on the back patio! Even provided fire wood, there were pool toys and floaties. Everything you could need was there!

Elizabeth was an absolutely wonderful host. We even had to change our plans last minute and she was very accommodating. Everything was thought of there was wonderful amenities and even though we didn’t have access to a kitchen, there was plenty of supplies that we needed. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a great place. If you’re passing through and don’t want to get a hotel room. Lots of room for kiddos to play.

Super clean house in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Kids loved the pool and pool toys! Plenty of space for our family. The driveway is hard to back down but that could just be me because I am terrible at reversing.😀 Great price, comfy beds and good water pressure in the shower which is a must for me!

Jessica and Justin responded back very quickly when we had questions or trouble. The place felt like home to my family and I. The pool was amazing my kids loved it. Kitchen items were easily to access when cooking as well

Joshua’Place is very nice. I love the home. It felt like home. I thought the added touches (paintings, artwork ) made the home especially nice. Love the space, decor and yard. Although, I didn’t use, the extra items( baby gear &toys) are an added bonus. Love, loved the barn door in the Master bedroom.

My daughter grandson and I really enjoyed our stay. My bed was super comfortable and when I forgot to reserve the playpen and high chair for my 1yr old grandson Heather was kind enough to go out of her way to bring them over. Next time I visit my daughter and son in law I would definitely stay here again.

Here for business and was just what I needed very clean little spot very pleased with stay and very fair pricing!

Wonderful clean space, very beautiful home

Rosa was so incredible. I got insane morning sickness on the last day and she was so understanding. I was even able to extend for an extra day just so I could have time to go to urgent care and get the help I needed for the flight home. The place was also incredibly clean. I always feel icky walking into hotels but this was so clean I felt right at home. The location was beautiful and she even had a lot of little amenities that helped our trip (like mosquito repellent!). She also has a huge selection of cooking items so we were able to cook in the home and save money from going out to eat too. It was all so well thought through and she was just so nice. 100% will recommend. My brother even asked for the link so he could stay there next time too!

This place was perfect! Exactly as shown, one may even say it was better, Marlena was very responsive for anything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

A cute little spot for a solo traveler! Very affordably priced and had everything you could need for a quick stay. My only issue was the neighbors dog barking nonstop at 4:30 and 6am. However, everything in Randi’s control was done great! I had a wedding a couple blocks down at the Greek Orthodox Church that I was able to easily walk to and get there/back without worrying about transportation. It’s a great area!

I’m so glad we found this spot for our stay! We needed a place we could comfortably stay for a while with a toddler and this checked all our boxes. Host was extremely responsive and kind. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location was very convenient to nearby amenities. We’re very thankful for the opportunity to have stayed here!

Usually when I visit Fayetteville I book a hotel; however this time I needed more than one room and it was more feasible to get a Air bnb . This place was easy to access, clean and comfortable.

Joyet was a wonderful host, pleasant, quick to respond.. The condo was great very clean and cozy and quiet . I love that the location was perfect easy to get to every place I needed. Look forward to staying again soon..

This home was such a lovely place. The pictures match the description perfectly. Judy was a pleasure and responded in a timely manner. I extended my stay two extra days. While being outside on patio, I was bitten by bugs so I suggest bug spray if you like to side outside like myself. Outside area wasn’t in the best condition but it didn’t affect my stay.

We loved staying at this Air B n B! We usually shy away from places without many reviews but we struck gold finding Love's place. We were originally planning to stay somewhere else but had a bad experience and Love came to our rescue making sure we were completely comfortable and satisfied with her wonderful home. It's in a quiet neighborhood near a school and a short half mile walk to the Cape Fear River Trail. Easy drive to base if that's what you're in town for and easy access to all main roads/highways. Love redesigned the place herself, it's tucked away and we even saw a few baby deer on the lawn. We stayed for almost a month and had everything we needed, thank you Love for giving us a place to rest and get settled after our move to North Carolina.

We stayed here for a week and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. The location was spotless and well-maintained, with every cooking and household supply we could possibly need—it truly felt like a home away from home. I honestly can't imagine staying anywhere else when we return to Fayetteville. Highly recommend!

love the renovations they've done to the place. everything was clean and well stocked. having two full bathrooms plus an in-unit washer and dryer was a game changer when traveling with a teenager.
