Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Cumberland County

My mom and step dad came to visit us in Maine from the Philippines! We are so grateful for neighbors who have an Airbnb! Gretchen was responsive, accommodating, and flexible to a request for an hour and half later check out time. My family was so comfortable staying there and really appreciated having their own space. This is a MUST place to stay when you’re in the Brunswick/Mid Coast Maine area! Walkable to downtown Brunswick and Bowdoin college. Thank you!

Stay here! Carlo was so welcoming and friendly. Very walkable area, quiet, and easy to access with very easy and clear parking. The whole unit is much bigger than the pictures can give justice - you have the whole patio, private large bedroom, private bathroom, and small private kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

Host was friendly, the place was clean, and all in all, it’s exactly what we needed for a quick night’s stay before an event in Portland early the next day.

Great little spot. The house itself is small with narrow upstairs hallway and steep, narrow stairs. However, my family and myself are all average to small sized people so this was no issue for us at all. The house smelled like lemon when we walked in, and it was very clean and well decorated with beach themed decor. Tons of cookware to use and choose from as well as plenty of dishes to use. Parking was right in front of the house in a quiet neighborhood. We fit 3 cars with seemingly no issue at all. The house did have some ants once in a while (maybe 1-2 a day), but this is to be expected in a beach town and should be noted that ant traps were laid well before our arrival The balcony up top is super cute. Great place for late night chats and early morning coffee. We were very comfortable. I ended up completing a nice puzzle, there were plenty of blankets, close to the beach, and altogether we had a great stay. Host was communicative and respectful. I would absolutely stay here a

Excellent hosts. They both went the extra mile for a last minute booking. Very responsive and available for questions. The home is great. Recent upgrades and well kept. The sauna was absolutely perfect. Would stay again in a minute. Thanks again for a great stay.

Three generation family get-away of boating, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, board games and some R&R at Joseph's cottage! It was so wonderful to disconnect on such an amazing property. It was everything and more than we had hoped for. We vacation often throughout the year and we all agreed it was the best one yet. Being right on Moose Pond was Paradise and we were filled with gratitude for being there.

Richard was very accommodating and responsive to messages! It was a nice place close to everything you will need while staying down there. It was easy to find and navigate getting too. Highly recommend if you need a place in Gorham.

We were in town for a wedding on Sebago Lake, the house was minutes away. Super convenient! We were able to check in a little early to get ready and had plenty of space to do so. It was nice having coffee shops, pizza and restaurants close by.

We had a magical getaway for the weekend! We watched a porcupine forage around the yard both evenings from the hot tub. We named him “Steve”. We loved the walk down to the river and enjoying sunrise from the hot tub with coffee. We will definitely be back!

Stay was everything we had hoped for!

We had a lovely week at the lake! The house is full of charm and it is obvious that it has been well loved by the host and their family for generations. The view was spectacular and everything needed (and then some) was provided. And the swing set and tree house with slide was an unexpected bonus for our kiddo!
