The place is very clean, impeccable as in the photos, I enjoyed 4 days with my family, we were very comfortable, there is the possibility of hiring Blanquita to cook and clean the place and I recommend her 100% it was worth it, excellent cooking and she has a beautiful attitude, what is worth taking into account is that the cost of the stay depends on how many people are staying, I would come back and I highly recommend it

Great landscaping. Well furnished but nothing so fancy you’re afraid your kids will destroy it. Super responsive and friendly family lives on site to assist with anything needed. Only con is address is sent at last minute before typically boarding a late night flight so there is not time to do any google mapping. Property is located on down a dark dirt alley - never a great feeling being anywhere and having your taxi go down a narrow dirt road at 1am and not knowing beforehand. The instructions pdf for the property should have a picture or a disclaimer - don’t worry the narrow ally road is in deed the correct way. Over all great property and if I was with a group in the Quito area would totally stay again!

It was a great place to stay . You can find near by a big grocery store , pharmacies, restaurants, a coffee shop , ice cream shop and a great bakery . It’s a pretty safe gated community It was really easy to communicate with the host I recommend Maria Cristina’s place

Beautiful place, very quiet, nice. A place to spend time as a family or something romantic and enjoy nature. Nice facilities. The pools are clean. Ale is excellent host. Very attentive. I'll be back for sure.

Great place to stay in Quito that's very central to everything but still in a quiet corner. Steps away from beautiful Parque Metropolitano and steps away are shops accomodating most any necesity you may have. The accomodations are exactly what you need to live comfortably with a terrace that shows off the beautiful landscape of the city. If you're looking for comfort, convenience and relaxation then this is the place to stay.

Jorge was attentive to everything, and was careful in every detail, the house was very nice, cozy, I felt at home. My husband, my son and I loved it.

Everything was excellent in the house, it is very comfortable. It has a terrace with a nice view , ideal for training. It is in front of a park , perfect if you are traveling with pets. And the area is very quiet to go for a walk. Also the house has a rear garden (not seen in the photos) Comfortable beds, ample storage space, spacious and complete bathrooms.

My first impression of the place was like finding an enchanted garden, full of fruits and flowers. Monica and Carlos make you really feel like family, they were so kind that they gave us even fruits for our trip 🫶 The house is very cozy,clean, tidy and with everything you need. We were also able to enjoy the garden and play with dogs especially with Maya 🐶♥️

Luis Gustavo was a helpful and communicative host- the place is large, safe, and had parking for our motorcycles (which we ended up not needing). He made us feel at home, and the location was great.

If you need a large home in Quito Tenis at the last minute, this is your place! This is 1970's Quito Architecture as mentioned in the ad. However, that also means it is spacious. I actually thought the home looked a little better than in the pics. There were even some games for our young kids. There are no drapes on 2 of the bedroom windows. So, bring an eye-mask or use some of the many extra sheets as needed. This was a last minute rental and the host was great to work with. Thank you.
