Great landscaping. Well furnished but nothing so fancy you’re afraid your kids will destroy it. Super responsive and friendly family lives on site to assist with anything needed. Only con is address is sent at last minute before typically boarding a late night flight so there is not time to do any google mapping. Property is located on down a dark dirt alley - never a great feeling being anywhere and having your taxi go down a narrow dirt road at 1am and not knowing beforehand. The instructions pdf for the property should have a picture or a disclaimer - don’t worry the narrow ally road is in deed the correct way. Over all great property and if I was with a group in the Quito area would totally stay again!

It was a great place to stay . You can find near by a big grocery store , pharmacies, restaurants, a coffee shop , ice cream shop and a great bakery . It’s a pretty safe gated community It was really easy to communicate with the host I recommend Maria Cristina’s place

Great place to stay in Quito that's very central to everything but still in a quiet corner. Steps away from beautiful Parque Metropolitano and steps away are shops accomodating most any necesity you may have. The accomodations are exactly what you need to live comfortably with a terrace that shows off the beautiful landscape of the city. If you're looking for comfort, convenience and relaxation then this is the place to stay.

Jorge estuvo al pendiente de todo, y fue cuidadoso en cada detalle, la casa muy linda, acogedora, me sentí en casa. A mi esposo, a mi hijo y a mi, nos encantó.

Todo excelente en la casa, es muy cómoda. Tiene una terraza con linda vista , ideal para entrenar. Está frente a un parque , perfecto si viajas con mascotas. y la zona es muy tranquila para salir a caminar. También la casa cuenta con un jardín posterior (no se ve en las fotos) Camas cómodas, amplio espacio de guardado, baños amplios y completos .

Muy agradable la estadía, nos gustó mucho el ambiente es muy tranquilo, el anfitrión tiene una excelente atención y siempre nos ayudo

Luis Gustavo was a helpful and communicative host- the place is large, safe, and had parking for our motorcycles (which we ended up not needing). He made us feel at home, and the location was great.

If you need a large home in Quito Tenis at the last minute, this is your place! This is 1970's Quito Architecture as mentioned in the ad. However, that also means it is spacious. I actually thought the home looked a little better than in the pics. There were even some games for our young kids. There are no drapes on 2 of the bedroom windows. So, bring an eye-mask or use some of the many extra sheets as needed. This was a last minute rental and the host was great to work with. Thank you.

Una joya en el Valle de los Chillos! Realmente nos encontramos muy agradecidos y felices por la maravillosa estadía que tuvimos en la propiedad de la señora Aydita. La casa es preciosa, con una vista espectacular de la Avenida de los Volcanes. Los cuartos son muy amplios y limpios, entra mucha luz natural en toda la casa y el ambiente emana mucha paz para una estadia super cómoda. La cocina , la sala y el área del comedor son muy acogedores, se puede pasar un lindo tiempo en familia. El jardín y el area BBQ son preciosos!. Nos encantó la privacidad que tiene la casa, al estar localizada dentro de un conjunto residencial privado , siempre nos sentimos muy seguros al ingresar y salir. La señora Aydita ha sido muy amable con nosotros , siempre respondiendo nuestras preguntas e inquietudes y siendo muy flexible con nuestras peticiones. Definitivamente volveremos, mis padres estan encantados con la propiedad y la van a utilizar siempre que viajen a Ecuador! Gracias señora Aydita, por todo!
