Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Cumbayá

It is a very nice and spacious house. I hope to use it again sometime.

The place is very clean, impeccable as in the photos, I enjoyed 4 days with my family, we were very comfortable, there is the possibility of hiring Blanquita to cook and clean the place and I recommend her 100% it was worth it, excellent cooking and she has a beautiful attitude, what is worth taking into account is that the cost of the stay depends on how many people are staying, I would come back and I highly recommend it

Great place. I felt very well. It's a place that offers great peace and tranquility. The house is beautiful and met my expectations. Both Mr. Richard and Mrs. Monica were very attentive and helpful. I hope to enjoy this cozy home again on my next trip. I highly recommend it in every way.

Had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Omama Wasi. It is a wonderful house and compound inside a very safe neighborhood. Maria was very communicative and easy to chat with. She was always available when I needed help and treats her guests with respect and privacy. Internet was incredibly fast, kitchen fully stocked with cutlery and necessary dishes. The place was very easy to live at for the months that I did and would highly, highly recommend staying with Maria. Thank you!

I loved the place, really excellent to rest and relax. From our arrival the hosts were very kind, Pablo and his wife are very warm and kind people. We had the whole place available, it is absolutely private and quiet. That was the part that I liked the most since I went with my dog and he could be loose and calm and I was very happy and so were we. We went out to eat nearby and found shops nearby too. There was no noise during the night and we had an excellent rest. The bed and pillows were too comfortable, and everything was warm. We used the bathtub, and it was very relaxing. The hot water works perfectly and with excellent water power. There were basic toiletries, and kitchenware too. They also gave us firewood to make a fire in the fireplace. The place is very nice, and we had an excellent stay. They were also flexible with check-out. I totally recommend them, and we hope to return soon to this nice place☺️🤗

Jaime is an awesome host. He made our stay unforgettable as always. He goes above and beyond with our requests. He was responsive, friendly and respectful. We are always glad to stay in that adorable property. I hope the upcoming guest/s are as respectful as we were of his house. Guest/s please treat it as your own home. Basic, but comfortable. The water in the shower never got very hot, but otherwise, I had no issues.

Perfect location, very clean, exactly as described. Will stay again if we return to Quito!

A cozy place with excellent views and very quiet

Spectacular place. Everything is nice, with everything you need and more. My family came out enchanted. Good place to rest and nice view of the city.

My stay at Andrés' place was really nice, the place has all the amenities it offers, we were able to rest peacefully and the host was really good, in fact we were a little late for check-in and they kindly waited for us. We would definitely return to this place on a future trip.

Very nice place. It's close to shops, all types of restaurants and short walk to Carolina park. The host is very informative and the process of checking in is easy. Use the driver. He is nice and helpful. I recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.

nice and tidy

Everything was great. We had a very pleasant stay. The area is nice, safe and quiet. There is an Ecovia stop almost at the door and a 10-minute walk away is the Ejido Park metro station. Patricia was an excellent host.

Lovely place with lots of charm and character, plus an excellent view. Very convenient to the historic center, plus arranged transportation to and from the airport. We were only in town for a couple nights, but would happily stay again.

A movie house, inside and out. Very comfortable for a group of several people and located in a quiet area and very good for disconnecting. It has a beautiful view. Its architecture and design make it a welcoming home perfect to spend time as a family. Nothing is missing. Esteban is an excellent host, he was always attentive to our needs, very kind and hospitable as well as Miryam, the cleaner, who was with us all week and I worry that nothing will be missing. An excellent person, very kind. Definitely a 100%recommended experience. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you very much Esteban!

this house was spectacular! It exceeds to photographs, it is spacious and beautiful. The views were also outstanding. The only downside to the location is that it's on a hill on a busy city bus route, so there is a lot of noise from the air brakes. But the gem of the house is Carmen, the caretaker. She will take care of anything you need with a smile. She doesn't really speak English, but with our learning level Spanish and translation apps, it worked. She and Maria made a fantastic breakfast for us on Easter morning. I highly recommend treating yourself!

It was a relaxing and quiet stay, the house is old but very cared for, Maria Agusta was an incredible host always attentive to our needs, we really had an incredible time, just what I needed with my family, a place nearby to be able to mobilize us in different times and at the same time we feel away from everything. Thank you so much for everything we hope to be back soon.

Mathieu’s home is a unique piece of art that pictures cannot justify. It is a large, sprawling home above the cafe he runs, which serves awesome Louisiana inspired food. Beyond the large bedrooms and bathrooms, there are many furnished spaces for relaxing, but inside and outside. Right in the heart of old town, you are walking distance to many restaurants and surrounded by beautiful architecture. Mathieu’s was a very welcoming host. He always made sure we had what we needed, and had plenty of recommendations. I will definitely book again next time in Quito.

Absolutely recommended . The house is very unique and the location is superb. The design is right out of an architectural magazine and the decor is very tasteful . The rooms are large and very comfortable . Some have amazing views of the volcanos . The common areas are very cozy and inviting . Wifi worked well and the showers were fantastic . The caretaker/cool are very helpful and friendly and made our stay special . I would definitely come back !

Isabelle and her husband were very welcoming, they listened and did not hesitate to offer their help. Their house is very comfortable and easy to reach by car. I had a very good stay.
