Welcome to our home in Culver Indiana. Our home is brand new construction with all new furnishings. This home is very close to lake Max located downtown Culver and very close to Culver Academies and near all of the downtown restaurants. We have a child that attends the Academy and purchased this home because it was so hard to find a place to stay in Culver. We wanted a beautiful place to stay and decided we would rent it out to others so they would be able to find a wonderful place to stay.

The living room couch is a memory foam sleeper sofa. Amenities Include free WiFi, 2 TV’s with cable, and a gas fireplace. The condo also offers a heated indoor swimming pool, fitness center and hot tub. Condo entrance is close to the building entrance and parking for easy move-in/move-out. Shops and restaurants are only 1 block away.

Our turn of the century farmhouse is situated in the country on over three acres. Enjoy a large kitchen, dining room and large family room along with three bedrooms (upstairs) and two full baths (1 up and 1 down). The rural atmosphere is perfect for walks or evening fires (we have a fire ring, lawn chairs, and some wood). Enjoy the night sky with a view of the stars and constellations. We have a lovely, safe, rural community with friends and fields as neighbors. No parties allowed.
