'The Grange' has its very own private 34 ft heated swimming pool (year round) in the garden only a minute's walk from the house. Guests are welcome to swim as much as they like! Year round water temp 28 degrees. On a third of a mile long private driveway. A huge garden including a mature orchard, outdoor decked dining area, patio seating area and firepit grill. The farm won a 'Most Beautiful Farm' award at the House of Lords. Working farm, see and feed calves, fruit pick and see our beehives.

The Gaff with heated swimming pool and studio

This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

The Cider Barn - a perfect place for two

Many years ago, this barn was used to press the apples from the farm's orchards to make cider. Now, thoughtful and creative restoration has turned it into a very special place for two, peacefully situated on our family-run organic dairy farm. We are located in the heart of Uffculme, a pretty village with a pub, a café, fish and chip bar and two local shops. Hayes End is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single storey cottage located in the popular village of Whimple in East Devon. It is a short walk from a shop, 2 pubs and a train station and is a great base from which to explore the many delights of Devon. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 king sized beds (one of which can be split into singles), sitting/dining room with wood burner. The cottage has parking for 2 cars and a small courtyard garden.
