A large living room and 3 spacious bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds of 1.80 x 2.00 meters Bathroom with bath/shower/toilet and another separate toilet. Parking behind the house and free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your breakfast , lunch or dinner, gourmet and fondue are not allowed due to odour nuisance for the next guests. Our house is 30 minutes from the center Nijmegen, 40 minutes from the center Eindhoven and Den Bosch.

The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. Breakfast (weekends only) is by request.

Various amenities, such as supermarket and restaurants, are in walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive away.
