Two 300-year-old stone houses with original granite roofs — your own little hamlet, a stone's throw from Lavertezzo and the emerald green Verzasca. There is no one else here. Directly behind the houses is the chestnut forest; opposite is a waterfall. At night, you hear nothing but the river and crickets. Both houses together; 300 m², a total of 5 rooms (including 3 bedrooms), 12 sleeping places, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 terraces and a shady garden — all connected, all for you.

Just 200 meters from the ferry stop with direct connections to Bellagio, Varenna, Villa Carlotta and the medieval walled city of Como. An easy walk to both Villa Balbianello and Villa Balbiano. Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

Casa Müsu, a charming rustic home in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu is a charming little cottage completely renovated. It is located at the foot of Pizzo Vogorno, halfway between Locarno and the Verzasca pools in Lavertezzo and Brione. The first bedroom is on the second floor of the main body: it has a double bed. The second is ten meters from Casa Müsu: it is accessed by a covered external staircase and has a double bed (as in the photo) or two single beds. A third bed can be added. Casa Müsu has a private parking space.

Grottino, the modern, bright apartment

Our Casa Rossa offers a separate apartment with the Grottino. It is a studio and has no separate rooms, see photos. For our guests there is room for retreat, relaxation, comfort, private kitchen, sunny residential area with garden seating, very central location, proximity to public transport (5 min.), close to the lake, suitable for couples or families with small children (crib available). All barrier-free and with an elevator. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Rustic Private Cottage front Lake w/ BOAT

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. A full briefing on arrival, and we're a message away for anything. This isn't a resort. It's the lake, your own boat, and your own pace.

The duplex apartment with large terrace is located in Gandria directly on the shores of Lake Lugano. The view and direct access to the lake enchants in all seasons. The apartment has its own entrance with direct access to the open kitchen and living room with fireplace and lake view. When the weather is nice, our guests linger on the terrace to the lake or enjoy the shade in the courtyard. All bedrooms overlook the lake. Cafes and restaurants are next door.

Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
