Perfect stay at home Karmis. Very nice and well-maintained apartment, with lots of spaces and a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. Really excellent cleanliness of the house, although it was large there was nothing out of place or anything that was not clean and fragrant. Ylenia was a really kind person, also very helpful in giving us local advice, as well as being very clear in providing us with all the information of the house. Very fair value for money. I highly recommend this place!

We had a very nice stay in Caterinas appartment. The garden was lovely for our kids to play in. the appartment is on the edge of Alghero and close to a bakery. Caterina did good suggestions for restaurants and things to do around.

Hosts were helpful and responsive. The place was super clean, very roomy and cozy. Had everything we needed. Definitely recommend :)

Giuseppe was a wonderful host, very responsive, giving recommendations and quick replies. The apartment is very nice and freshly renovated, good beds and bathroom, the terrace is great for some evening aperitif. Apartment very close to old city and sea shores, definitely recommend it!

The accommodation on 3 levels is very nice and clean. Nothing was missing. The surroundings are beautiful and thanks to all the directions provided by our host, everything was easy: GPS points etc... to find these magical places. Antioco is adorable, generous and even made us discover rehearsals of Sardinian songs, a glass of good Sardinian wine to share. A big thank you.

Ermanno and Elisa are treasures of people. We felt at home and welcome. There is a lot to do on the property - our kids enjoyed it and actually didn't want to leave. The restaurant that was recommended was amazing! And to be the icing on the cake: the excursion with the horses over the beach and through the woods. We found Ermanno and Elisa fantastic people who sincerely manage this property with a lot of passion. We would love to come back!

We really enjoyed staying with Renata and Gianluca. They are very friendly, helpful and really lovely people. Nothing is missing in the accommodation and the whole house has been tastefully furnished by both. You fall in love with the island and the small town of Ruinas. Thank you Donna for an amazing stay at Casa Melissa. We were greeted by the lovely Giuseppe when we arrived to show us around. We had an amazing time in Alghero. We had the perfect base to travel around the island and come back to a very restful home. We had everything we needed in the house., from the very comfortable beds, to the amazing pool and the bbq we had everything! We were treated to some local pastries one day by Giuseppe which was a lovely surprise ! We always got very prompt responses to any questions we had along the way too. Sara's villa is a great place to have a good time with family or girlfriend. The property and incredibly large, as well as the pool. There is a lot of space inside the villa, so there are plenty of retreat options. The villa exceeded our expectations and we will certainly be happy to come back. This is not least because of Sara, who is a great hostess.

Clear check-in instructions are provided. Previously received many videos and photos for access to the apartment and for the "correct" use of the apartment. The location is great, super nice sunset from the balcony or from the sea. The apartment/studio is small but very well equipped. Small kitchen, well suited for simple menus cooking.

Great accommodation TOP location just a short walk from the beach, pine forest, and outdoor playground. The apartment was nice and clean. Parking was available right in front of the house, within the premises. Communication with Marco was excellent — he was always available and helped us even in difficult situations. He also allowed us a late check-out at 11:00. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Stefano's house. The place was clean, spacious and everything necessary was available. The house is very quiet, idyllic and located slightly above, with a great view of the sea. Ideal for us as a family with a toddler and dog. The pool was great and was also cleaned in between. Communication with Stefanos co-gasteber Amandine was very friendly, flexible and easy. Would recommend at any time!

Battista's house is a great starting point for discovering the coast near Alghero. Whether you're going to Capo Caccia or heading north, the location is perfect for getting there without any problems and in a short time. Also, if you don't want to travel too long, the beaches are very close. At the same time, for those arriving by plane, the house is close to the airport (but not so close that they are disturbed by the noise of the planes), which is very useful to get there and leave the house. Everything is very well cared for, starting from the outdoor garden, all the way inside. The place is great for relaxing days. Battista is very welcoming and ready to provide the necessary directions. All these things make your home a great starting point for a nice vacation from the parts of Alghero.

Eva and Mario are simply the best hosts. So kind and lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back. Absolute recommendation!

We stayed in June and there were few tourists in the Mandriola villa complex. Clean and large apartment for 7 people. The large terrace for lunch and dinner outdoors is very nice, convenient to park in the space in front of the house gate. 20 min walk and you get to Putzu Idu beach that was already crowded in June. A 5-minute drive to the beaches of Sa mesa longa, Sa Rocca tunda. Large Conad supermarket with shops in Oristano 25 km away. small expensive market in Mandriola. About 20 km away you can reach the fantastic beach of Is Arutas and the archaeological site of Tharros. Numerous oil factories . Kind owners and available for various requests or concerns. A beautiful and comfortable house in an interesting area. Many restaurants, shops, and excursion opportunities nearby. Parking available right in front of the house. We had a good time!

Beautiful house. Very close to the sea. Complete with everything even more. Very friendly barbara and always available. The only thing is the mosquito nets that we couldn't close.
