Erika’s place was absolutely stunning! My wife and I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the huge windows that offered beautiful views of Cuenca every morning and evening. The apartment is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, just a 15-minute walk from the city center—we really enjoyed our daily strolls to La Catedral. The space was exactly as described: clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, and the blackout shades in the bedroom were a huge plus, especially with our 8-month-old. We stayed for about two weeks, and having a fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer made our stay incredibly convenient. The surrounding area was beautiful and serene, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Erika was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely book this place again the next time we return to Cuenca!

A worthy place to return! We went as a family and we all had fun, from the adults to the little ones. The house is very comfortable and the landscapes perfectly frame the house. Paul was very attentive and explained in detail everything we could do. We'll definitely be back!!

The place is amazing, comfortable, spacious and very clean. Ideal for families or friends and to disconnect from the city. Patricia is an excellent host, always attentive and ready to help us with what we need. And Gaby and her husband are the ones who provide assistance and were there at all times. Perfect place to stay in Cuenca and don Patricio is a very kind and attentive person, from the beginning it was due that we arrived well and help us to install, apart from that the area is excellent since it is close to absolutely everything, I went with my husband and my parents and all were delighted, we will definitely go to Cuenca and obvious to the comfort and hospitality of Don Patricio's Airbnb...

We went as a family and the experience was perfect from start to finish. The house was impeccable, very well-equipped and with a beautiful view of nature. The location is ideal for those who want to disconnect and enjoy the fresh air, but it is also close enough to the city for any need. Lourdes and Edgar are very attentive and are always available for any questions. We'd actually come back a thousand times more. Highly recommended!

Really beautiful countryside, very friendly and accommodating host, clean and lots of fun activities.. the ping pong table, sauna and hot tub. We didn't feel comfortable with the 2 security cameras inside the house (who is comfortable with that?), but Paul was kind enough to disable them. Definitely meant for larger groups, so perhaps the price makes more sense in that context, but we felt that $400 for 2 nights was overpriced. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable time!
