Vacation rentals with a patio in Cuba

Ficamos encantados com nossa estadia! A casa é extremamente bem localizada, à beira do rio, o que traz uma atmosfera tranquila e charmosa. Além disso, há varias opções de restaurantes a poucos passos, o que facilitou muito! A anfitriã Claudia foi excepcional, super atenciosa e gentil, sempre disponivel para dar dicas valiosas sobre a cidade e passeios próximos! O único contratempo que tivemos foi a falta de energia elétrica que ocorria na cidade, o que fez com que dormissemos sem ar condicionado num calor forte, mas isso não tem qualquer relação com a casa em si. No geral foi tudo incrível, definitivamente recomendamos a cidade de Matanzas e a Casa Luna!

A estadia no Airbnb da Cecília foi muito tranquila e confortável. A Cecília foi muito atenciosa, até mesmo antes de eu chegar em Cuba, me respondia com prontidão e simpatia. O seu lugar é super confortável, não tive problemas com praticamente nada, apenas com a falta de internet por um pequeno espaço de tempo, que a Ceci também resolveu super rápido. Indico demais! Espero voltar quando puder!

L’appartement d’alberto est fonctionnel et confortable, situé au 3e et dernier étage, avec une petite terrasse idéale pour le petit déjeuner ou l’apéro, offrant une jolie vue sur les toits de La Havane. Très bien insonorisé, c’est un véritable havre de paix, loin du brouhaha de la ville, tout en étant parfaitement situé dans la Vieille Havane. On peut facilement rejoindre à pied la rue piétonne Callejón Espada, où se trouvent plusieurs restaurants. L’accueil par Johan a été excellent : disponible, réactif et très attentionné tout au long du séjour. Un vrai plus : le wifi dans l’appartement (ce qui est rare à La Havane) et le prêt d’un téléphone mobile pour rester connecté 24h/24. Je recommande vivement !

Es un lugar extremadamente hernoso , ambiente tranquilo y acojedor !! El cacero que humildad señores y que amabilidad , mucha comunicación y un carisma expectacular. No me puedo quejar tenia todo lo que necesitaba y reunia todas las espectativas. Ella estuvo al pendiente de que no me hiciera falta nada y definitivamente demasiado amigable y volveria un millón de veces más. No hay nada más factible que tener paz y tranquilidad y que esten pendiente de que no te falte nada. Necesitamos más gente como ella !! Que hagan la diferencia. Mi estancia fue una maravillosa me sentí con una reina. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Un lugar muy accesible y acogedor , los invito a que lo tomen en consideracion y visiten no se va a arrepentir !! Having traveled to Havana many times throughout the decades, I found this beautiful apartment to be a stand out find. But what made it extra special was the services and attention from the apartment manager, Gabi. I strongly recommend going for her breakfast offerings. You won’t find better tastier, organic, and artisanal breakfast than what she provides. And right in the apartment at your indicated time. Do it! It’s also an added bonus that she is very knowledgeable about the city’s music and arts scenes and very willing to guide you to the coolest finds. All in all it was a lovely experience

Das beste AirBNB Erlebnis, das ich je hatte. die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr flexibel, sehr freundlich und hilft bei allen Angelegenheiten. Das Haus ist sehr schön, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben einen 2 Tage langen Blackout miterlebt und die Eigentümer und auch die Betreuerin vor Ort haben sich sofort nach unserem Wohlergehen erkundigt und standen sofort hilfsbereit zur Seite. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und bei unserer nächsten Kuba Reise werden wir dieses Haus definitiv wieder buchen.

Yuselis fue una gran anfitriona y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos con la mejor disposición y buena onda. El sitio es tal cual como en las fotos: moderno, limpio, tiene todo lo necesario y los aires acondicionados funcionan muy bien. Estuvimos en tres alojamientos en Cuba, junto a mi familia, y aunque todos estuvieron bien el de Yuselis fue el mejor.

Nuestra estancia en Casa Vivían fue maravillosa. Todo estaba muy limpio, cómodo y con una energía muy acogedora. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. La anfitriona fue increíblemente amable y siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos bien. Nos sentimos como en casa. ¡Sin duda volveríamos y lo recomendamos con mucho gusto!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo B&B, situato in una posizione perfetta proprio di fronte al mare. La casa è bellissima, spaziosa e ben tenuta, con un grande terrazzo ideale per pranzare all’aperto o rilassarsi in compagnia godendosi la vista e la brezza marina. Le camere sono ampie, accoglienti e pulite, perfette per riposare in tranquillità. Un grande punto a favore è il Wi-Fi disponibile 24 ore su 24. Il signor Arqui è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile durante tutto il soggiorno, sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. Inoltre, la sicurezza è garantita grazie alla videosorveglianza attiva e alla presenza dei custodi ogni sera. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una vacanza rilassante in un luogo sicuro, bello e ben organizzato!

JULIO received us when we arrived with a big smile, helped us with our bag and with our 2 little girls Michelle 2 and Mary 1. the place was beautiful and super well decorated. The place was beautiful and so was his team they were able to book a 3 day itinerary for us . Went with my wife and 2 girls which they absolutely loved AC was on point

great location, literally sitting above the sea! very nice terrace with direct access to the sea... Rooms were very clean and modern and good quality! fully recommended

Nothing in cojimar compares to the view. indeed a coastal paradise. Looking at the torreón imagine is 1640 and spanish soldiers with muskets standing guard😂🤌🏼

Had an amazing time with my family thanks to Mina’s special attention. We are very thankful for her, the house itself it’s really nice and located just across from the beach. However, the best thing about this house is Mina and her niece. They’d do everything and beyond to make you feel at home.

Fue el mejor Airbnb que pude encontrar en Cuba el lugar es precioso, te sientes en casa, más que una casa es un museo por todas las obras de arte con las que está decorado el lugar, la zona es excelente cercas de todo y Mabel súper atento a todo lo que necesitábamos y nos ayudó con recomendaciones un excelente lugar sin duda volveré a hospedarme aquí

Isabel was great very sweet, welcoming, helpful. She is always making sure the experience is top notch. She does a great job of communicating. Good location close to capitol and hotels, on the corner there is a police station. Photos are accurate. Great amenities. Water and soda available for purchase in fridge. Cleaning services were amazing. Great communication with host. Had an issue that was resolved within a couple of days other than that the WiFi was great. Very clean and private. Area is walkable and we had no issue with safety. There is construction going on next door and hotel so it can be nosy. Rooms were big and private bath in each. Everything was very modern. Loved the balcony. Terrace has very steep stairs but otherwise is very clean and roomy. No issues with blackouts or water!

Un hermoso departamento en un edificio restaurado icónico de Havana, un increíble hallazgo con hermosas vistas hacia el capitolio a cuadras de la zona más bella de la ciudad.

Les recomiendo ampliamente este departamento es espectacular estar ahí no se va la luz , el internet es bueno y podemos ver Netflix perfectamente cosa que es rara en cuba , mi anfitrión y la señora encargada más la señora de la limpieza son muy pero muy buenas personas no se arrepentirán de rentar este departamento se los aseguro Es como estar en casa pero con una vista espectacular del malecón de la Habana , muchas gracias a todos por hacer de estas vacaciones algo único

Excellent accommodations, and superb value! Very spacious apartment withe all the modern comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Open outdoor balcony with nice views makes a perfect spot for unwinding and gathering. Central a/c is a luxury as few places have this in Havana. Apartment was spotless, wifi works great and the large smart TV is definitely a plus. Many amenities like washer and dryer and comfortable beds truly make ones stay exceptional. Host is available for any need that may arise. Location is near many restaurants and stores. Check in process was seamless. Definitely a place to return to. Highly recommended!

Buenas tardes! Mis padres se quedaron en este hotel, les gustó mucho! El territorio del hotel es muy bonito, hay muchos árboles, mangos, plátanos, mis padres disfrutaron caminando y descansando allí. La habitación es muy bonita, todo ordenado y limpio. La dueña es super amable, muchas gracias a ella por su atención 💖

Zona tranquilla e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Thomas è una persona simpatica e super disponibile, ci ha dato la possibilità di fare il check in prima e il check out dopo, cosa molto apprezzata.
