Un apartamento maravilloso extremadamente limpio te da paz tranquilidad céntrico accesible al transporte público y a muchos lugares para conocer y caminar restaurantes diversos alrededor y en fin volvería a este apartamento cuántas veces necesite ir a La Habana es increíblemente hermoso y los encargados muy amables y atentos

Aurora’s place was by far the most beautiful and appealing my friends and I stayed in during our exploration of Cuba. Aurora’s co-hosts, Clarita B. and Hector M. P., deserve a special mentioning: they waited for us at the entrance on the street in spite of an arrival after midnight, welcomed us in a most gracious manner and explained the paradisiacal garden and its plants to us: from tasteful Guyaba to medicinal anti-inflammatory plants. The ‘room’ was an apartment, much superior to what we had booked, extremely spacious and comfortable with its own kitchen. The breakfast prepared daily by Clarita and Hector was sumptuous, delicious, luxurious. I have not felt anywhere more at home and more welcome than at Aurora’s place. The home and the hospitality we were shown will forever have a special place in my memory. Muchas gracias Aurora, Clarita y Héctor!

Quel plaisir d'être aussi bien accueillis! des bons conseils pour les visites, restos aux alentours, ils ont même appelé pour nous un taxi le jour du départ... La casa est bien située, à côté du Parque Vidal. Plein de petites attentions, une sucette pour notre enfant, des cartes postales et des cigares pour nous... et je ne parle pas du petit déjeuner gargantuesque comme aiment le faire les Cubains ! Encore merci pour cet accueil !

The house and staff are awesome. Gabriel and Suzette make everything easy and comfortable and helped us feel right at home in Cuba. The house was built in 1915. It's basically the second floor of a mansion with the front door on the ground floor where security is always there. The ceilings are about 15' high with lots of mouldings and drapes with giant tassles etc. The roof deck was a really nice place to hang out in the evenings and take in the surroundings. It's close to restaurants and the oceanfront sidewalk that runs the length of Havana.

I love this place, spacious, clean, peaceful and the basics you need. Yanet was super helpul giving directions to my driver and finding the house is no problem. On arrival she was waiting outside and went with us to point out all the locations near us to buy food and other stuff. Beach is less than 4 blocks away which is not a far walk at all. 3 blocks from the 5th main street where you can find about everything including restaurants open until really late at night. The pool is amazing and the back area its in really fresh big and relaxing. Yanet does live in the far back house but you hardly see her and when you do its always good conversations with her. She makes you feel right at home and always available for anythings thats needed. Location felt really safe plus theirs a night guard thats always on duty. Defiantly marked as my favorite and saved for future stays in Guanabo. Thank you Yanet, i will be back soon.

La verdad es que el lugar era muy acogedor, un ambiente relajado y como si estuvieses en tu casa, tambien decir que las instalaciones eran muy buenas, buenas habitaciones con todas las comodidades y lo mas importante , unos colchones en los que descansabas plácidamente ( aire acondicionado y baños en cada habituación ). Y por di hablando de las instalaciones aun no fuese suficiente , tengo que agregar que el personal de la casa era maravilloso, tanto la encargada de limpieza, como la de lavandería,como la de cocina, como los dueños de la casa que te ayudan en darte toda la información necesaria para que pases una estancia maravillosa y conozcas los lugares mas interesantes de Trinidad. Fue un gran acierto haber reservado en ese lugar, hasta se nos hizo corta la estancia y nos dio mucha pena marcharnos después de haber estado tan bien cuidados. Volveré a repetir con toda seguridad. Si tengo que dar una nota le daría un 10.

Couldn’t of asked for a better stay this is one of the best places to stay in laureles and Medellin area I will be back agian this will be my go to spot every time I’m here from the breath taking view to the location restaurants and bars all around 10 out of 10 what are you waiting for book book book

We had an excellent stay. The house is amazing with numerous, big bedrooms. And the upstairs open-air veranda was a great place to spend our time, especially during the afternoon thunderstorms. The two housekeepers and security guards were extremely helpful, arranging taxis and other activities. They took good care of us! All in all, it was an amazing trip.

Nadat wij uit Maguana kwamen en in deze b&b verbleven was het contrast tussen beide al groot. Baracoa is heel arm, Santiago heeft weer meer te bieden. We hadden een goede kamer, lieve gezellige mensen die ook tips gaven over de omgeving, we zijn naar El Morro (restaurant) geweest, mooie plek om te eten, artiesten lopen daar waar je kunst van kan kopen. Er zijn wel meer geluiden van honden die blaffen of mensen die aan het werk zijn, als je erg gevoelig bent voor geluid zijn oordopjes misschien een idee tijdens het slapen. Heerlijk avond eten gegeten, lekker gekookt en nog een kleine kookles gekregen met bakbanaan.

It was a beautiful house, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Wr stayed for 5 days and celebrated my wifes birthday! I would recommend to anyone as it is a large home with open space and lots to do with the recreation room and beautiful pool. Thank you and looking forward to staying again in the future.

I absolutely loved my stay here in Matanzas. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive; the last night I had in Matanzas, we stayed up talking, drinking and they even offered me dinner. Even though the country is facing electrical issues, I only experienced two outages in my stay and they did not last longer than an hour. It did not interfere with any of my plans or cause me any real issues. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was minor noise from the street at night, but that is expected in a town of over 100,000 people. The town itself was clean and safe, and was a nice change of pace from La Habana. Overall, I had a wonderful experience staying here and I hope to return next year. 5/5 stars it felt like luxury after staying in hostels my first week.

O Loft é belíssimo! Vale destacar o cuidado e a gentileza de sermos recebidos com flores no vaso sobre a mesa. O espaço é excelente, nos sentimos seguros e muito bem acolhidos. Um lugar de muita paz! O café da manhã é incrível, Israel e sua esposa preparam com muito carinho. Recomendamos o lugar, fará diferença na sua estadia em Havana.

We had a terrific time at Gabriel and Nelson's place in guanabo. Due to the island-wide power outage, we couldn't communicate our arrival time, but Nelson was waiting for us to let us in and give us a thorough tour - not only of the house, but of the immediate neighbourhood - showed us where to buy drinking water, food, etc. Even made us fried plantains and taught us some new versions of dominos, and enjoyed a cultural and language exchange. We loved the peaceful yard (tranquilo) with many beautiful fruit trees and local birds and gatos. We enjoyed wandering the town and trying the local restaurants and exploring the beach.

This guy single handedly saved our last 3 days in Cuba with his solarpanels during the nation wide blackout. (This way we manage to check in for our flights) We never planned on visiting Matanzas, but boy, Alay made it very interesting with his background in tourism. Highly recommended!

Great place and amazing hosts! Elvira and Gerardo made sure we were comfortable at all times and were available whenever we had questions. They are super helpful and very knowledgeable on where to go and the transportation system around the city. The place was spacious, clean with all the amenities - it lacked nothing. This will definitely be our place to stay when visiting Cuba.

We really like the air bnb, The caretaker Maria was very helpful and made good breakfasts for us. Her husband provided with great car transportation. The accommodations were good. The only complaint is that you have to go outside our rented space to get wi-fi reception because it was not possible inside the house. Also, the location of the home was different than the coordinates noted on the airbnb site. It was 2 niles away from where we thought we were and this made a difference since we were there for a triathlon. We thought it was easy 7 minute walk to marina but the walk more like like 25 minute walk to marina. Otherwise we a had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the town of Santa Fe.

Tuve una estancia perfecta en este apartamento en Varadero. El alojamiento estaba extremadamente limpio y bien organizado, con todas las comodidades necesarias para unas vacaciones relajantes. La cocina fue uno de los aspectos que más me gustó: espaciosa, bien equipada y con un horno de leña/carbón que resultó particularmente útil para preparar platos deliciosos. Cada detalle estaba bien cuidado, y me sentí realmente como en casa. ¡Una experiencia extraordinaria que recomiendo sin dudarlo a cualquiera!
