Sunny tree apartment in the heart of Mexico's coolest district with a jacuzzi and a private roof garden for your exclusive use. The building is safe and quiet but in walking distance of lively restaurants, bars, shops and an excellent market. I have to say Polanco is now one of my absolute favorite neighborhoods in any city in the world—it’s simply amazing. And Ricardo’s condo is right in the heart, yet on a little side street, so private and quiet. The apartment itself was big, bright, clean, and super spacious. And the roof-top terrace and gym is outstanding. If you enjoy fitness while you travel, it’s one of the best gyms I’ve seen. 10 out of 10. I’ll be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

More than a clean and comfortable place, a helpful group of hosts that were very responsive. As another reviewer said, the beds were very clean and comfortable. Fans to help with city noise made sleeping there very refreshing. Our first trip to cdmx and would definitely return to this city and do business with these folks again.

I genuinely loved staying at Art’s place. It is such a lovely home and the location could not be better. You could honestly spend an entire week just walking around Condesa and have a lovely time. The home is very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed having coffee and pastries next door at Freims in the morning. It’s within walking distance to Chapultepec park and there are so many things to do. The security team is always there to let you in and they are very friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

Mara and Daniel were great hosts! The place was very clean and spacious and gets a lot of sun in the morning. They had local food recommendations for us in a little booklet. The place was very well located - quiet neighborhood but lots of cool restaurants at walkable distance. Also they own a restaurant around the corner which has great breakfast!

Do not hesitate on this beautiful place. The view alone was worth it! Plenty of room, fast internet, great building staff, and Anton were wonderful! Ubers were readily available and we were able to get anywhere easily. The laundry, rooftop restaurant, and mini store in the building were great. Close to restaurants, public transportation and grocery close by. Thank you for making our trip even better!! We will be back!
