The location is excellent, everything was very clean and tidy

The apartment is super equipped, everything clean and in order. This is the second time we've stayed there safe and very quiet area literal one block from the mall with good restaurants and supermarket.

Loved staying here! Close to family and friends and buses run right in front of the apartment. Great neighborhood to walk in. Juan Pablo is very attentive and friendly! I will definitely be back to stay.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and the facilities and amenities are very good. There is a gym and pool, and it's super close to the square and very convenient for restaurants The apartment is clean and has everything you need, it has enough utensils and appliances in the kitchen. The hot water works great. Beds are comfortable Would stay again!

The place matches the description and photos exactly, it is located near the center of Tepotzotlán. Gianni was always very attentive to us. If you're looking for a quiet place close to downtown, I recommend this place, you can spend a quiet and cozy night.

Such a great stay! The location was walkable to shops and restaurants, but we could sit out on the balcony and enjoy the quiet and peaceful setting. The team was very responsive. We booked a couples massage but only 1 therapist could come - they were very apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault and they worked to make it better.

My stay was amazing! The host was so helpful and super quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. My mom and I loved its location since it was safe and places were walkable. The apartment itself was secure and beautiful!

Great place for the value. We liked the neighborhood and thought it was quiet and safe and off the busier roads yet such a short walk to all the coolest and trendiest spots in Roma Norte. The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator FYI if you have kids, etc. and is very safe getting in and out. We loved it here.

Excellent apartment and location, Carlos was a great host and responsive, located in a very nice neighborhood with lots to do within walking distance, would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Luis's in Polanco was wonderful. Such a great neighborhood and the unit was very clean with a comfortable bed and adequate (though tiny) kitchen. The balcony is beautiful and almost the size of the apartment. Great place to hang out. Miguel and Juan, the doormen, were both very friendly and helpful. Communication with Luis was easy and fast. We would love to stay here again and enjoy the nearby parks, restaurants, etc.

Second time staying and everything was very good. I hope to return soon

I had a good experience in this apartment. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the quality and care in every detail of the place. The apartment was spotless, perfectly equipped and very nicely decorated, which made you feel at home from the first minute. What really stood out was the comfort of the bed, I had never slept so well in a place other than my home! Excellent quality sheets and a very comfortable mattress. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable and high-quality stay. I hope that the next time I return to Mexico City this apartment will be available. Thanks to Arturo and his team for such a positive experience, they were always attentive to us and communication was very quick!
