It features a highly efficient rocket mass heater, special insulation in walls, ceilings, and floors, DVH (double-glazed) windows, and a Trombe wall that captures solar energy. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a security alarm system, and exterior surveillance cameras. From the chalet, you’ll enjoy breathtaking, vineyards, and wineries.

Finca Pachamama, a haven of peace and art

A mud house, made by a mosaic artist, full of details, in the middle of an agro-ecological farm where all kinds of fruits are grown, to delight the senses, a beautiful vegetable garden and aromatic and medicinal garden, ah, we also have a garden of exotic cacti and a vineyard of Malbec grapes. Access to the property is very simple, it is 13 km from the city, (15 min) between the districts of Cuadro Benegas and Rama Caida, a very quiet area with magnificent restaurants.

New apartment, very bright, well-equipped, located in the heart of the city, 4 blocks to km.0 and steps to the city's main avenue. You enter by stairs. Very safe! Shops, restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, Casino Tower, and local tour agencies are nearby. Public transportation is close to tourist places and the bus station is approximately 1.3 km away. Garages 150 meters away in case the guest wants to hire separately during their stay!

40m2 housing module, designed to be inhabited by tourists and built in 2023. It has a bedroom, full bathroom, and a kitchenette, living room, and dining room. In addition to the nice garden, there is a gallery equipped with two seats and a table to enjoy the Mendoza sun... It is located 7 minutes by car from downtown. And on the same plot is my parents' house (about 60 meters away), they want to be available when needed!

Nautilo San Rafael House

A space surrounded by nature, 6 hectares for vacation homes with shared pool, park, paddle court, children's games in common spaces, bar and restaurant (open in summer), mountain views, 7 km from the city of San Rafael and very close to tourist circuits. It has a large kitchen/dining room and going down a spiral staircase, there are two independent bedrooms and a large bathroom on the same floor.
