The studio is really beautiful and modernly furnished – you can tell that there is a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It was also very clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect: in just a few minutes walk you can reach the beach promenade and great restaurants. I would definitely book this studio again and can only recommend it!

Fab stay. Simple and just what I needed, both the host, demetris and his wife were lovely and very responsive. Nothing was too much, the place was clean and very secure. Would definitely recommend!

We had an extended stay in Olivers' beachside residence. The location was brilliant and it was nice to have the opportunity of walking across to the hotel. Oliver was extremely helpful and sorted out the minor issues immediately. The accommodation was well equipped and we had a comfortable stay. We enjoyed being there!! Thanks Oliver

Lovely villa with everything you need in a peaceful location which isn’t too far from town. The perfect home away from home- complete with sunshine and a pool This place would be ideal for a family, the pool is a decent size, it’s about 100m from the seafront (with miles of promenade for running 😍). It is spacious, well decorated and clean, nice sized rooms and cool. It has everything you need to live day to day. Outside area/roof terrace is well laid out and spacious. Very peaceful neighbourhood, with very easy parking in the driveway, or outside the villa. Owner is really nice and easy to communicate with and check in/out was easy. Reccomend this place to anyone- we will definitely look to stay again when we come for warm weather training next spring as we are triathletes and this area is great for swimming/cycling and running and this was the perfect quiet base for rest and relaxation. 10/10.
