35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

Just a short walk from the water (2 min, NOT lakefront, side street). Crystal lake is 5.3 miles. There is an access site you can anchor a boat at for the day (anchor, no dock or land, but you can anchor in the water and walk back to the cottage), the beach is 1/2 mile away, and raceway is 1 mile away. The large double lot sometimes has guests in a camper on the 2nd lot and a shared firepit. If you have a ranger or golf cart with orv stickers they are legal.

This quaint cottage was easy to find and easily accessed. The check-in instructions were very helpful and detailed. It was very clean, efficient & comfortable. Tammy’s property is well stocked with just about everything you need and the welcome basket was very appreciated! Tammy was super responsive to our questions and inquiries. We’d definitely recommended her property!

Carmen’s house provided an excellent place to unwind while we were visiting friends in the area! It’s was quiet and cozy and provided the perfect atmosphere to recharge! It was also close enough to everything we wanted to do that we never drove more that 15 minutes to reach a destination! Definitely recommend!!

We were very impressed with this place. She was very responsive with messaging. Her son works in the property and that was helpful when checking into the place. Very spacious AMAZING views. I would definitely go back if I ever need somewhere to stay with a good amount of people. Spacious homie and lots of indoor and outdoor space. It was perfect for me and my bridal party to stay at the weekend of our wedding. Fire out outside and lots of areas to explore. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

Sheri’s place was one of the nicest, cleanest air bnb’s we have stayed in. It was immaculate, loved the layout and it was so well decorated and thought out. She even left us a little treat from a local store down the way :) St John’s is a nice town, feels very safe and a lot of neat homes to look at as you walk around. Sheri’s place is in easy walking distance to the downtown area with shops and restaurants.

Doug’s place is nice. No problems with anything. House was clean! It’s a very quiet area. Area businesses close early. No shopping or gas stations close. Very secluded area which is nice to get away from all the noise. Loved sitting on the front porch swing watching the sun rise. Only downside was a nosey neighbor who creeped us out a little lol.
