It’s very small and limited area. It’s centrally located and only 45 minutes from Mt. Pleasant and 30 min- Greenville. You are 1 mile from Morelands Mx & Valley MX and 5 miles between Crystal Motor Speedway and 8 miles from Mid Michigan Motorplex.

Seahorse Cottage

Just a short walk from the water (2 min, NOT lakefront, side street). Crystal lake is 5.3 miles. There is an access site you can anchor a boat at for the day (anchor, no dock or land, but you can anchor in the water and walk back to the cottage), the beach is 1/2 mile away, and raceway is 1 mile away. The large double lot sometimes has guests in a camper on the 2nd lot and a shared firepit. If you have a ranger or golf cart with orv stickers they are legal.

Horses and buggies are a common sight in this neighborhood. Crystal Lake is an all sports lake, located in the quaint village of Crystal, approximately 5 miles away. Carson City is approximately 5 miles away as well, and has several restaurants and a bakery.
