Cute and cozy little cabin just a couple miles from state land. 1 mile from the county fairgrounds. 1 1/2 miles from town. Enjoy all Evart has to offer such as all of our state land trails for riding dirt bikes , quads, hunting ,mushrooming. We are 1 1/2 miles from rails to trails to enjoy a great day of bicycling. Less than 2 miles from the Muskegon river to go canoeing or tubing down the river. There are 2 golf course about 5 -6 miles away . Yes ,we now have WIFI !!!! Star Gazing, sunsets.

Our place is close to a paved walking/biking trail called the TART Trail, with a peek of Cedar Lake, and about a block west of West GT Bay with access to a Marina and Boat Launch. It is situated at the base of the Leelanau Peninsula and 5-10 minutes from downtown Traverse City depending on traffic. We absolutely love this home and know that you will too!

An absolutely beautiful space and amazing hosts. I had the perfect stay with Monica and Gary, they were so friendly and helpful. The apartment is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in by far, the view from the balcony is beautiful and the lake access is beautiful with a large sandy beach. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit lake city. Also, very comfy beds and a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Location. Location. Location. Wow! What a gem! Loved this place for our honeymoon getaway. Close to everything - the dunes, great beaches, restaurants, kayak trips — you name it! This place has it all if you are looking for peace and tranquility. A beautiful view of Hamlin Lake and trees surrounding the area. There is no way that you can go wrong here. Plan on spending at least 10 days in Ludington if you are a first timer. The Ludington State Park will keep you occupied for three days at least. If you are a boater, there are many places to rent one along the upper and lower bayous. In the summer, stretch out over the beach on lake Michigan a short distance away. All in all, the best place to stay in the Ludington area.

This was our first repeat Airbnb experience, we enjoyed Laurie’s place that much! It’s peaceful and the lake is lovely, no matter the time of year. Close to Short’s brewing and Schuss mountain, not far from Boyne, it’s quiet but still well located to have a great up north adventure. It’s also well stocked with toys and books, which is a great plus for our family! And Laurie is super responsive and kind. We might stay a third time!

Memory maker is a beautiful place in Elk Rapids. Peaceful, in front of the lake, excellent location to spend time with a small group of friends/family and 30 minutes away from Traverse city. Really charming and had all amenities for a quick getaway. Even in frosty temperatures, the place looks like a safe heaven.

When I reached out to Shawn, replies were quick. We enjoyed some target practice and sitting on the porch just relaxing. We will book again.
