Ideal for those seeking tranquility after a day of visiting the Sanctuary or sightseeing. Located in a privileged area, it is close to two entrances to the National Sanctuary (the free fair gate and the Itaguaçu Avenue gate), making it very easy to access on foot.

Modernist Chalet in the middle of the Forest

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.
