Have stayed at here many times everything is perfect! As always Martine is amazing and always there to help if need be. What else can you say that’s not already been said in the many reviews. Jo's place is perfect. It is very well-equipped (dishes, appliances, kitchen equipment, etc... there is even a small pharmacy box with the necessary... it is very rare). It has a private terrace overlooking a magnificent mountain panorama and where it is very pleasant to have breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply read when the weather permits. Jo and her companion are very welcoming, kind, accommodating and full of good advice. This combination, combined with the absolute calm of the accommodation and its environment, ensure you have a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Our stay went perfectly smoothly. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very functional. Elysium and Co was very responsive and adapted to our time constraints regarding our arrival. We highly recommend this place, and will come back if we return to the area.

Lovely neighbourhood and apartment, I was pleasantly surprised by the local market with fresh produce next door, and that the apartment was within walking distance to the lake. Gregory was very attentive and hospitable. I received a call before our check-in to ensure my stay was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were very smooth.

Hosts give clear, step-by-step instructions. The accommodation is very clean and matches the photos. Everything is within walking distance with private parking close to the accommodation. The bakery, fishmonger, dairy, butcher and Carrefour are within walking distance and on Wednesday there is the market that offers quality products. The automatic entry system is very good. The only downside, if you can say so: noisy neighbors who slam the doors loudly from time to time and the neighbor upstairs is also noisy at night. I give 5* because for me it is a quality home and I recommend it.

The place was clean and tidy when we arrived and as described. The directions to find the key are good and it is close to the property. The apartment is a short walk from the lake and not far from the historic center! Owners were responsive, helpful, and enjoyable. In addition, they provide great ideas for things to do during the stay. Good experience, thanks for everything:)

Very nice, well kept place, kitchen equipped with everything necessary: pots pans, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge, dishwasher. Close to everything, and with a bus stop very close by. It is on a third floor but I did not mind because that also meant privacy and being noise free. Will recommend!

Loved the design of the apartment. Great location from train station and close for walking to the adorable old town. The apartment is on a main street so a little loud when the windows are open but we are from a small town so many might not notice this. Fans helpful for the heat wave. The kitchen is wonderful. Great stay overall.

We had a great week at this Airbnb. The accommodation was very functional and very pleasant. The location is ideal for a quiet stay with easy access to the city. Maud is a very responsive host.

My daughter and I totally enjoyed our 5 night stay at Camille's place in Annecy. it is perfect for 2 people. Close to town. Annecy and surrounds are very beautiful. TBA The car parking on site was secure and great to have. The parking is initially a little tricky to navigate, but you soon get used to it. Just take it slowly! When I informed Camille that the coffee machine was faulty, she provided an immediate remedy. The apartment is on the ground floor, and has two skylights, but no other windows. The skylights can be opened for fresh air, but seem to close automatically if any rain is imminent. Lots of lovely restaurants around with excellent local food and wine - all within easy walking distance. The lake is wonderful for swimming. It is a good 3hr cycle ride ( 40km) to ride around. That was a highlight of our stay. Also visits to Lac Bourget and La Clusaz in the mountains. We highly recommend a visit to Annecy and Camille's apartment is a perfect place for two.

A beautiful experience, a responsive and accommodating hotel, comfortable and peaceful accommodation... everything you need for a pleasant stay in this beautiful corner of France. The location of the accommodation was ideal for getting to the starting point of the Annecy trail. I highly recommend this place!
