Energieneutraal knus vakantiehuisje

Houten huisje, zelf gebouwd in 2020. Grotendeels met gerecycled materiaal. Op het huisje liggen maar liefst 20 zonnepanelen! De balken en de nok is lekker in het zicht gebleven, wat een ruimtelijk effect geeft. Een stalraampje uit de boerderij waar Karin geboren is, is in de nok verwerkt. De oude gele klinkertjes uit die boerderij vormen het terras, samen met de plavuizen uit de kelder. Als surprise heeft manlief voor Karin een hart gemaakt in het terras! Al met al een fijne plek om te vertoeven

Just 5 minutes from the city center of Haarlem, in the cosy but quite neighborhood "the Leidsebuurt" you can find a totally renovated apartment in my house. Guests have a separate entrance. I live on the second and third floor. Total of 50 m2 studio incl. luxurious private bathroom with bath. There is a small kitchenette with fridge, oven/microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and an electric cooker. 25 km from Amsterdam and the beach and dunes are 7 km. 2 bicycles available for free.

Gezellig souterrain in bollenstreek, prive ingang.

Midden in de bollenstreek, vlakbij het station, kun je logeren in ons gezellige souterrain met privé toegang en parkeerplaats. Je kan hier heerlijk ontspannen! Er staan drankjes in de koelkast en een flesje wijn voor je klaar. Er zijn veel mogelijkheden om te fietsen of te wandelen tussen de herten. De steden Haarlem(10 min), Leiden(12 min) en Amsterdam(31 min) zijn met de trein makkelijk te bereiken. Op aanvraag maak ik graag een ontbijt voor je klaar. (€30 voor 2 pers)

Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

The studio is just 20 meters from the Spaarne river. The Droste Boulevard is a car-free zone and located on the former premises of the famous Droste Chocolate Factory. Behind the studio there is free parking. The studio has a private entrance, private shower and toilet and one room with a kingsize bed and an extra sleeping couch for 2 persons. Lovely and peaceful garden house with a great garden and terrace. The house has a nice shower and bathroom, floor heating, kitchen and terrace with view over the garden. Rent the motorboat, bikes or go supping at the lake, great activities just at your doorstep. In a couple of minutes you can enjoy the beautiful nature and lakes close by. Also picking up and return to the airport can be requested for an extra fee.
