I highly recommend many nice things to discover the location of the house to everything you need around supermarket pharmacy bakery in front of a very quiet beach. We had a very good time Giovanni's availability, always present!😊! Very comfortable and clean house as described.

The appartment is very close to the sea and the 'lungo mare' + you can get to the old town on foot in like 10 minutes. It was clean and the host was very responsive. If we ever get back to Crotone we'll book this appartment for sure.

We stayed in this fantastic apartment for two days. We had a great time, very clean apartment, equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, washing machine, large bathroom, iron). Apartment not very large but with an excellent terrace, well-equipped kitchen area and equipped with everything you need for breakfast and lunch. Very convenient parking and the sea is a stone's throw away. Great experience.

The apartment is very nice, a stone's throw from the sea and the minimakert/tobacco and restaurant. With its 16 kittens, the company will certainly not miss during the period of your stay. The environment is very clean and well cared for with all the necessary comforts will not leave you banned. The area is a little bare of activity, but getting around by car will never be a problem, other nearby villages are waiting for you

Anthony's apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious. The apartment is close to the main area of Soverato but far enough away that you area not disturb by all the activity going on. Also just a short walk to the beach area. Lots of restaurants nearby.

We had a great time at Antonio's place. The accommodation is well located close to a beautiful beach. New and very well-equipped accommodation. The exterior is very pleasant with the two very large terraces well furnished. Warm welcome from the hosts, who are always available. We highly recommend the listing.

A cozy, comfortable and functional accommodation, a step away from the beautiful sea of Calabria (both free beach and establishment). Giuseppina is a helpful and friendly host, she responds quickly and gave us great tips for visiting local places. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

We stayed with family, grandparents, and Zii. Rented 2 apartments. I have a 3-year-old who had fun staying on the terrace and playing in the garden. Everything with a fence so we were reassured that it didn't go on the street. Everything is clean and tidy. Plenty of space outside for outdoor dining under the veranda and always in the shade. Mr. Antonino has always responded to our messages if you have any questions. The whole family is very thoughtful. I'm at the beginning, but you feel like you want to do so much and done well with interest in guests. Mr. Antonino's mother also surprised us with some delicious Cornetti in the morning. Working internet. Classic antenna tip for those who are not used to using Netflix, RaiPlay, etc. But for the rest, we had a good time. One great thing that is not to be underestimated having a 3-year-old who often gets sick was that Mr. Antonino's mother was a pediatrician☺️. Thank you for everything and see you soon

Great location on the beach! Perfect summer stay. Close to all, beach and restaurants. Rossana was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

We had a really great stay! The place is similar to the pictures and description. The absolute highlight is really the roof terrace and its own access to the beach. Upon our arrival, a small cosmetic package and chilled water awaited us. There was also nothing missing to shape your everyday life. Next to the property, the service is absolutely amazing. Not only did our host get a rental car ready for us at the airport 15 hours before arrival, but also repaired the coffee machine before arrival. Even with questions during the stay, this was always responsive. Early check-in and late check-out were also possible. Thank you so much, happy to come back! :-)

We enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is as described, all the preliminary information was a good fit. The location or proximity to the beach is very good. You only walk 3 minutes. Since we were on site in the late season, there were also very few people or only locals present there. It's unfortunate that very few speak English. From the property you can visit the supermarkets and restaurant by car. In Marina Davoli is a great gelateria Con Gusto and in Braci & Galici you can eat well. Larger selection of shops and restaurants is then in Soverato. The accommodation is well suited for family, as there is also a cot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

The place is perfectly matched to the photos and description. Completely renovated. Mr. Donatella welcomed us in person by explaining the apartment and explaining the operation of the appliances. To every clarifying message I wrote, she gave me punctual and precise responses. The fixtures are of good quality making it quiet. Highly recommended.

Great apartment with sea view from the living room and terrace, equipped with every comfort. You can work by connecting to the Wi-Fi of the house even from the terrace with sea views. The house is as shown in the photos, furnished with colors that give warmth and the feeling of being at home. Located in the waterfront area, from which you can walk to both the beach, as well as all kinds of restaurants, bar, ice cream shop and also supermarkets, fishmonger, etc...but still far from the most lively area. Also convenient for families with children, in a few steps you are at the sea or at the playground with giostrine or to eat a great ice cream. Antonella was an impeccable host, very kind and considerate in welcoming us throughout the stay.

We had a very nice exam trip, the accommodation was very spacious, clean, in a quiet neighborhood, but you also walked straight to the center. The communication was very nice and everything was thought of. Thank you!

Book it! If you're considering this area of Calabria and you love beautiful views of the ocean, a quiet/peaceful small beach village vibe, and easy access to many of the nearby beaches, busier cities (e.g. Soverato and Catanzaro), and historical sites, THIS is your perfect spot. The views are spectacular (even better than the photos, if that's possible) - we woke each morning to the sunrise, enjoyed coffee while watching the sea birds, and the hearing the gentle waves hit the rocks below. Federico (Gabriella's son) was very helpful on anything we needed in terms of local restaurants, shops, etc. Definitely visit Alta Marea seafood shop for local seafood. And L'Arte del Grano for freshly baked bread. We can't wait to return!

Fell in love with the apartment especially the rooftop terrace where I had cuppa to watch sunrise each morning.Views great.Only downside had only 1 bar/restaurant that catered for Italians on their 2 weeks holidays.we couldn't get a seat or takeaway pizza.You need a hire car to get to shops but Short drive from airport and Pizzo.Its well worth a visit and The apartment has everything you need.We will be back and Alan and wife are great.
