Luca was an amazing host and I would highly recommended you stay at this Air bnb! The apartment was clean and very welcoming when we walked in. They even left us a bottle of wine which was very sweet :) We were walking distance from numerous restaurants and stores and down the street from the beach / water front. It was a truly amazing stay and I highly recommend 🫶🏼

Villa Raffaele's Scirocco apartment comes exactly as the description and the photos available on the Airbnb page. The amenities are operational both in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The air conditioning allows, at certain times of the day, to cool the air and thus be able to rest without suffering from the heat. The rooms are very nice and quiet, the kitchen offers cooking and food preservation opportunities, like at home. The views of the terrace, or the rooftop of the villa are beautiful, and we loved getting up in the morning facing the bright blue Ionian sea. It's a great place to recharge peacefully, away from the urban hustle and bustle, in a splendid setting. Access to the sea can be done on foot, crossing a small tunnel under the road, in less than 15 minutes. Nearby businesses, especially on the Botricello side, are plentiful and offer all kinds of food.

Great place in Soverato, very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Good location and easy parking in a big parking lot just around the corner. Check in and check out were very easy and the host was very responsive and available and made sure all was well. Would definitely stay here again! Great value, thank you, everything was perfect!

The appartment is very close to the sea and the 'lungo mare' + you can get to the old town on foot in like 10 minutes. It was clean and the host was very responsive. If we ever get back to Crotone we'll book this appartment for sure.

Absolutely beautiful place. The refurbish is new and wonderfully done. The location is perfect for moving around Soverato and getting to other towns and places by rental car. The beach is fabulous. We were there on the off season and many of the "in season" restaurants were not available, but there were other nice restaurants and we enjoyed the town and the food. Vittoria was extremely responsive and wonderful to deal with. Her mother and an English speaking assistant met us and helped us with getting familiar. It couldn't have been nicer. Wonderful place to get to know the Calabria region. The people in the town were exemptional at dealing with my meager Italian language skills and we were easily able to function everywhere we traveled and ate.

The accommodation was up to expectations and Mrs. Constanza was accurate, punctual and thoughtful in providing the required information and meeting any needs. The house has all the essential amenities to spend a pleasant vacation. For lovers of free and uncrowded beaches, the property is located in a great location just a few minutes walk from the sea and the center of Steccato di Cutro.

We traveled all across Italy, and this was by far the best and most well-equipped place we stayed. The welcome was warm and thoughtful, and the house itself is absolutely beautiful—inside and out. It had everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. Hands down the best place we stayed during our trip. Beautiful detached house with breathtaking views above cozy marina ,that terrace with that view I will bring it forever inside. Mauro is a very helpful person and gave us many great tips ,the beach is a very spacious and not at all crowded car,I was on Sunday morning and there were very few people ,I recommend visiting the village of Chateau at the top ,a pearl in the mountains .....

The REAL slow life! If you are looking for relaxation, tranquility and well-being here you will find it: beautiful, bucolic places, silence, the sea (the Ionian is the most beautiful and undervalued in Italy), km of almost deserted free beaches in August, good food (many restaurants/farms in the area at very honest prices) and excellent wines. The villa is perfect for both groups of friends and families! Salvatore is a great host, ask him what you want from your vacation and he will be able to show you the best experiences. Will be back!

We stayed with friends in Giuseppina's apartment, we had a good time with everything: clean rooms, immediate communication with Giuseppina, who was a really helpful host, meeting our requests. The house is in a quiet location, close to the center, but reachable by a vehicle. There was also availability to be able to use the outdoor pool. Recommended!

The residence was recommended to me so I didn't scrutinize the listing as I should. The apartment is certainly clean, comfortable, and spacious but I failed to notice that the listing says the unit does not have WiFi. It turns out we didn't stay inside very much anyway but the lack of WiFi limited what we could do while in the room. Otherwise, the location is great, right beside a park and a few hundred feet from a pedestrian avenue with bars and restaurants. It was also very quiet.

Flawless and tastefully decorated apartment! Rosanna is friendly, available and attentive! 10 min walk to the beach, well-maintained pool and residence. The neighbors are welcoming and the city merchants ( very lively in the evening) adorable! We had an excellent vacation ☺️

Romantic old property, close good restaurant

It was very nice to stay in Antonella’s apartment not just because of the beautiful and clean mare steccato that is 10 minutes by foot from the apartment. But also because the apartment was well equipped and clean. I would definitely book the apartment again for vacation.

We had been guests two years ago at another home from the same host and had a good time, a specific, punctual and friendly host was reconfirmed again thisyear. It won't be the last time we're hosting.

We stayed for one (only, alas) week in Antonio's apartment, host of 5 and more stars: considerate, kind and really helpful, upon our arrival he made us find a very pleasant and unexpected thought. The apartment is very spacious, with two bathrooms and balconies, located in the heart of Soverato, a stone's throw from the establishments/free beach, in a very central location and surrounded by all the amenities you may need. What can we say, we're sorry to leave! I highly recommend it too because people like Mr. Antonio are really rare.
